We went to Bowlero on a Monday holiday. Their "unlimited" bowling is the number of games you can play in a matter of two hours. We went for opening and didn't have any issues getting shoes or finding the size ball we wanted. We ended up doing 4 hours and had no mechanical issues on our lane. It looked like people were pretty easily navigating playing with bumpers. The biggest issue was that the alley wasn't properly staffed for holiday volume. Food and drinks were taking a very long time and at one point the staff told us they weren't taking anymore orders for a while but didn't tell us how long. read more

We had a great time at Bowlero! It was so much fun, and our waiter was very nice. The only issue was at the end when paying. The bill breakdown was confusing, and Amanda V was rude when explaining it. We eventually got it sorted out, but the interaction could've been handled much better. Excellent unlimited bowling packages and arcade passes. Good and drinks were fairly cheap and good portions. Bowling was a lot of fun and it was a laid back, chill atmosphere. There was some issue with the bowling balls getting stuck in the return for our lane and it was promptly addressed and corrected. Love their air hockey table. What a fun evening we had today! Could be a very nice place to bowl if not for the Management allowing the trouble makers to impose on the normal people who are there to have a safe time with their Family. Absolutely no over site by Management to insure the safety and well being of the normal patrons who go there to have a nice Family Experience. What a shame, perhaps a call to the executive office of the President Thomas Shannon will get a response to my complaint. Let's see...what happens. With little advance warning, Bowlero hosted my management team for an evening of bowling. Expecting little more than a reserved lane my team arrived to find a festive set-up waiting for them and staff eager to see they had a good time, and a good time they did have! Amanda had them all set up, welcomed them and checked back periodically to ensure things were going well. And Kelsie made sure things did go well. Busy though she was with a house full of league bowlers, my team, with spouses and kids as well, never lacked her attention. The wings were a big favorite but all the platter food was good. They forgot about my breadsticks and I never got them. By the time we reminded them we had about 45 minutes left. When we checked again 20 minutes later they showed no sign of starting them. We had to cancel the order and I left with NO breadsticks. It is the only food we ordered! The bowling was fine. read more

Used Bowlero for a group outing. The preparation ahead of time was great. They were very responsive and on top of getting the event order exactly what we were looking for. Estrella was great to work with in preparing the event. The event itself went over fine the only glaring issue is that this bowling alley is severely understaffed. There were maybe 5-8 concurring events going on at once by my estimate with only 4 total staff members working. The biggest issue with this was food as they simply did not have the man power to keep up with demand. This spot could be really great but until they hire more staff it will be held back. read more

Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday without committing to a birthday package. The bowling place itself is nice. Lots of lanes and a decent snack bar. One of the things I love most is that they have a great military discount! There's music playing throughout and I could see why birthday parties or other celebrations would choose this location, as the staff has been pretty helpful when necessary. The thing I would note is that the shoe rental is a little pricey and the quality of the food is pretty average. Overall, when visiting Williamsburg we would certainly come back. Probably racist! The board glitched so my husband went up to the front desk and ask for help. I was ordering food and noticed that he was waiting quite a while and then I saw him walk back up to the front desk to ask again. They basically just made him wait. They didn't even give a reason as to why they didn't reset the board. Subtle racism against Asians. Come, Lord Jesus come!!. We're not going to let anyone rob our joy so my husband did not even waste our time telling me until later. We still enjoyed our time as a family and had so much fun! I even had strikes! read more

If I could give it ZERO stars I definitely would. Upon arriving we were told we would pay $25 for the unlimited play but did not inform us that the unlimited play started at a specific time (8pm) and we arrived at 6:30pm. So being that the person at the desk did not inform us of the time, we were told that we had to pay full price after finishing our games. We brought it up to the people at the desk and they gave us nothing but attitudes and lied about being there when we first walked in. Absolutely NOBODY mentioned the time the unlimited play started so it was completely unfair for them to continuously argue with me about what was not said and not offer any compensation. I will not be returning. I will not recommend anybody to come here. Terrible service. Please hire new hosts or just consider closing it down completely. Parents - this is a great spot! From the minute we walked in the door (late!), it was clear that making this a great visit for our family was a top priority of the manager and staff. From helping us find the right bowling equipment for our toddler, to adding someone to our group last minute, to the food service - everyone was super responsive and accommodating. We had almost given up on this place from our original visit, but it is clear that a great manager (Nisha - asked the team for her name!) makes all the difference. It may have limited games and be an older facility, but - it's a bowling alley! It had everything we needed for a family night out (including kids fav arcade racing game). I came in town to hang out with some friends and we wound up going to the bowling alley on Friday night. I haven't bowled in years and it was a great time. We did the unlimited bowling and we ordered the pizza and beer special. All the service was great and the food and beers were delicious. First let me say that the Manager Wendy and some of the staff are the nicest kindest most helpful and professional people you could ever want to meet. This review is about the people that work at the front desk when Wendy is working her self to death, cooking, preparing and serving food for all the guests and the person at the front desk could care less if you live or die. Go to the front desk and see how long it takes to get this lazy, good for nothing person to come out and help you. They never smile, no hello or welcome to Bowerlo, in fact, she goes out of her way to make you feel like a criminal. Some of the front desk people will not even look up at you. Here's a tip, if you are a miserable, lazy mean, rude person and don't want your job then give it to someone who does. You are not doing anyone a favor by letting them bowl at your location. When the new bowing place opens you will see how many unhappy people you have because this location will be a ghost town soon.
