They allow a lot of personal decorations, so you can really make the space your own. The space itself is very neutral with light walls - a good canvas. She showed me the available rooms for rent. There are signage requiring face masks. She wore hers but there was one person there working I guessed as a paid member ( customers are considered members) wasn't wearing their face mask. There are two floor levels of rental space. Depending on your needs the rooms can be for a single person needing privacy or a large group of 15. I was taken to the second location, Old Towne Road location. This location is much more modernized than the Penniman location but more smaller rooms. This location is a one level location and have a full kitchen access. There's a soaking tub and a shower and so many amenities. Room service comes not once, but twice a day. They open the blinds, refill amenities and put away things to tidy the room. In the evening, they put away the decorative pillows from the bed, fill the ice bucket and leave it out with a tray with new bottles of Saratoga water. They leave a small bottle of Baileys on a little pillow with two small glasses. They also close the drapes. I am so spoiled. I love this place!

We stayed in the Tyler Guesthouse which I was told was more modern. Our room was nice, clean, and had an outdoor patio with seating. The staff was kind, shouts out to Phoebe who checked me in, was quite knowledgeable, and gave a great rundown of all of the offerings on site as well as details on the included free tickets to visit Colonial Williamsburg (the living museum). We took full advantage of everything. All in all, a great stay and I'd absolutely revisit the property. Cheers!

Indoor and outdoor pools. Restaurants and a bar. 5 minute walk and you're in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. Parking garage is $30 a day but parking sucks in Williamsburg so it's well worth the daily fee. We stayed in Tazewell Hall where all the rooms have a balcony and you can use the same elevator to your room to access the garage so super convenient. Is the hotel dated? Yes it is but not in anyway that would stop me from coming back or questioning the value of the accommodations. My wife used the spa and said it was very nice. We did not get to use the pools but I saw lots of families enjoying the outdoor pool when we were having lunch next door at the golf club. I would stay here again without thinking twice!

She kept pushing me to my PRs are farther:) She is so understanding and takes every problem I had whether it was with meal-prepping or weight-lifting posture hesitancies and how to overcome. I highly recommend her but definitely reach out and check in with her! She can book up quickly because of how awesome and thorough she is with her clients!!
