She took the measurements that we provided of the room that we were wanting to outfit, and showed us the size of couch that was the best fit as well as the most appropriate configuration for the room. Purchased 3 custom upholstered stools online . when white glove delivered, stools were pushed under…read morethe island counter top by delivery personnel. Stools weren't meant to be pushed under as they are the same height of the counter top. This caused peeling of the paint immediately. Called customer service only to be on hold forever until I never spoke with a human. Drove to my local store to ask who I could speak with regarding the issue and was simply given a business card with the same information I found online . Kept the stools since I had no other choice and now stools are wobbly and paint is cracking on the back portion of the stools. I've bought better quality furnishings at TJ Maxx. I can't believe I invested so much money into completely worthless stools. these stools aren't even used but 2x a year when we have guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas, they shouldn't look like they've been used in a frequented eating establishment.
