After researching the problem more and asking for additional pictures Denver Mattress approved getting a replacement mattress for our defective mattress. We appreciate Eva taking the time to do what was right and make the customer happy. Our new updated model Purple mattress will be delivered tomorrow. Knowledgeable, funny and friendly, Kevin (along with a Tempur-pedic rep, Nick, who just serendipitously happened to be in the store when I arrived) made sure to find out what I THOUGHT I was looking for (a Tempur-Cloud mattress) and when I realized that was not what I wanted, had me try out a number of different mattresses until I found THE one that was just right. Then he and Nick explained all of the additional features I could choose from but didn't try to hard sell me on any of them!! I asked about the Labor Day sale and said I would like to have one of the free TVs they were giving away - not a problem, said Kevin. I also explained that I needed the mattress and television delivered on a certain day as I was moving soon. Again, not a problem. And come moving day, my mattress and TV were delivered at the promised time!! When it's all said and done, we picked a delivery date a few days down the road, and I went on my way. Delivery was quick and easy. I was called before delivery and they showed up when they said they would. The mattress was delivered and brought into my home (it was a very heavy mattress). Purchased 3 custom upholstered stools online . when white glove delivered, stools were pushed under…read morethe island counter top by delivery personnel. Stools weren't meant to be pushed under as they are the same height of the counter top. This caused peeling of the paint immediately. Called customer service only to be on hold forever until I never spoke with a human. Drove to my local store to ask who I could speak with regarding the issue and was simply given a business card with the same information I found online . Kept the stools since I had no other choice and now stools are wobbly and paint is cracking on the back portion of the stools. I've bought better quality furnishings at TJ Maxx. I can't believe I invested so much money into completely worthless stools. these stools aren't even used but 2x a year when we have guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas, they shouldn't look like they've been used in a frequented eating establishment.
