I have…read morebeen a customer at this location since they opened and have purchased not one, but two king split twin adjustable TempurPedic beds from them, plus guest mattresses, kid mattresses, etc. I wanted to use the 120-night warranty to exchange my most recent TempuPedic for a softer model and they denied me, saying the tags had been removed from the mattress and voided the warranty. I do not remember removing the tags, but, regardless, if those tags are that important to the warranty, that needs to be clearly called out. Every customer needs to be told, and shown - I recommend in writing/highlighted with initials or signature required - at the point of sale and delivery that this is the case. If I had known, I would have protected those tags. Since I didn't know and wasn't warned, I can't even remember them at all. But now I'm stuck with a very expensive, brand new mattress I hate, and Mattress Firm could care less. They don't care how much business I've done with them, they won't budge on those tags. Nor will they provide any sort of discount on the purchase of a replacement. The manager did talk down to me very condescendingly, "Did we accidentally remove the tags while we were changing our sheets?" What? OMG. See 'ya Mattress Firm. I'm going across the street to Sleep Outfitters to buy another mattress and you'll never see me again. But you can bet all my friends will hear about my experience. Look out, Louisville.

I called and spoke to manager and explained the situation that I needed for a guest room an extra long mattress and I accidentally purchased a long bed had never been slept on. We opened it and put it on the box frame and realize it was the wrong size unfortunately and she said there's nothing she could do . I will Never buy here again

Knowledgeable, funny and friendly, Kevin (along with a Tempur-pedic rep, Nick, who just serendipitously happened to be in the store when I arrived) made sure to find out what I THOUGHT I was looking for (a Tempur-Cloud mattress) and when I realized that was not what I wanted, had me try out a number of different mattresses until I found THE one that was just right. Then he and Nick explained all of the additional features I could choose from but didn't try to hard sell me on any of them!! I asked about the Labor Day sale and said I would like to have one of the free TVs they were giving away - not a problem, said Kevin. I also explained that I needed the mattress and television delivered on a certain day as I was moving soon. Again, not a problem. And come moving day, my mattress and TV were delivered at the promised time!!
