He's avoiding any response or written acknowledgment to fix it. He said he had the parts (lie)now he say he is getting them... ? he's been ducking me for almost a month. They have been absolutely reckless with their customer service. Trying to charge us for simple things that any car dealership would deal with. They've been absolutely unworkable. Today the general manager Andy James Hung up the phone on my partner for simply asking whether they felt they were responsible for making us wait a month to get something fixed at their shop and then told that they actually can't fix it. We will be waiting several months now. The customer service here is poor and you aren't going to get a deal. I would stay far away from these guys.
