He made me feel at ease answering a bunch of questions and concerns. The shipping process was first class. The company they used provided tracking and had an 800 number to call for updates. That was super helpful considering I ordered my cabinets during the worst winter snow and ice storm of 2026. Never the less they still arrived on time. Then came assembly. I was a bit nervous with the first base cabinet but I remember Jake telling me to watch the online assembly videos. They were great. The first cabinet took us about an hour to assemble but after that we were old pro's. My wife and I had a mini assembly line going. We were able to assemble the rest at around 20 minutes a piece. Let me assure you these cabinets and hardware are top notch. They are super well engineered. Everything was cut exactly to length and went together perfectly. I would offer one tip for future buyers. Get yourself a small paint brush to spread the glue evenly. We used way too much on the first one but after that it was perfect. Do not be intimidated with the assembly process. They take all the guesswork out of it for you. Next time we need cabinets I know where I'm going.

However, upon finding Carter Carpets, I was nearly instantly wowed. You won't find owners who are nicer or care more about the job. They gave us a start date that fit our schedules and the crew that came out was amazing. They were quick and thorough, made an effort to leave as little mess as possible and even offered up their vacuum. The price was extremely reasonable but if you factor in the outstanding customer service, it made the whole experience more than worth it. They care about the job they do, the people that hire them, and the reputation they leave behind, and I greatly appreciated how they worked with us and took care of us. He came out and repaired a section of roof and said he guaranteed the work 100%. I was satisfied with the work so I had him work on a second property for me a couple weeks later. He seem to do a good job and sent me pictures of everything he did. I had my drywaller start to repair inside from what the leaky roof damaged. It rained one evening and the repaired roof leaked onto the new drywall. I have tried getting a hold of Cody at Catalina construction since the middle of August until even today. I've called no less than 20 times.I have called 3 different numbers, texted, and emailed the company's email address and had no response from him. My drywaller can't finish the project until the roof is repaired properly. I don't want to pay someone else to fix the job that he guaranteed 100%. I guess he's good if he fixes it right the first time but if you need him to come back out, good luck.
