I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. The person who measured my rooms was Rick and he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The installers did an absolutely beautiful installation job. They handled all of my furniture with the best of care and were really respectful of my property. Thank you Modern Floors for making this process easy for me! I am a single person and some things are very difficult when you have to do them alone.

Poor Service ... Limited Installers. We have purchased flooring from this business for more than 35…read moreyears... for our last three (3) houses... including an entire 2,900 sq ft house. Recently, we needed to have the carpet stretched to put our home on the market. I got nothing but the run around for two weeks ... no return calls or follow ups ...etc. Then when I called for the final time they informed me that my carpet was too old to stretch. That might be a valid point if anyone had actually bothered to come out and take a look! In reality, while the carpet is older, it has been stretched twice without incident and is in excellent condition (thus making it infinitely more pliable). To add insult to injury, the reason that we have had to have it stretched in the first place is due to poor seam tape placement and installation! Now we are left hanging because no one wants to bother stretching carpet that they didn't initially install! Why can't companies see when they treat customers like this that it has long term implications for their business? In this case, they have lost our future business ... we are just completing the renovations on a 4,200 sq ft home and I was planning buying my carpet where I always do .... now, not ... add to the mix the lost business from friends, family, coworkers and future customers that do their research online.
