I really like this place but that new lady with the curly hair makes me not want to come here and this place is just down the street from where I live. She also puts paper, stating that the washer is only to be used by her. It says house on them and when asked if it's alright to use, she makes a face as if I did something wrong by asking. This is a great place to wash my clothes but when she's here it just makes it uncomfortable washing. I know theres nothing that can be done but it would just be nice if that lady didn't seem like shes always mad at life. She gives bad customer service. Everyone else on the staff seems amazing and are kind but she is just plain awful. I gave a five star because this is a great place and I don't think I should give a bad rating based on ONE bad apple. read more

SUPER IMPRESSED! I don't even write yelp reviews but I just had to write one. I just moved to the area and needed to find a place to wash my clothes. I found this place thru a Google search and I saw the great reviews and decided to check it out. The people there were so warm and friendly. it was very spacious and had a good amount of room to fold clothes. I was jammin' to the music and it was just had a great vibe. I'm so glad I found it and it's close to where I live and I've never seen such a clean laundromat in my life. read more

I have to say this place is beautiful and spotless in every way. The staff was wonderfully helpful from the time I first stepped inside, saving me time and money. The manager herself helped me carry my baskets in and coached me on a better way to organize the loads in the highly efficient washers to get the most bang for my buck, and minimize the time spent. Hands down the best laundry facilities in all of RI. D(ee) schooled me on everything from timing & machine selection to detergent use and quantity. It's also air-conditioned with 3 large screens and a full selection of magazines. Even the best, CLEAN restroom. Above all the cost is CHEAP. Way less than using my own machines. Yes, I said that. i've been using them for several months now since grand opening and I am not disappointed. They are very clean. The staff is very friendly. I chose to drop my laundry off and when I do, I get a text message when it's done it's all folded in an organized best laundromat I've ever been. Amazing staff! So kind and friendly. There was one day I had arrived early before opening hours and the gentlemen on site allowed me to come in and begin my laundry even though there was still half an hour before opening hours.
