I love the staff here they're all wonderful ladies who work hard and do great work. however this place is just not clean. surfaces and floor I understand are cleaned all the time but these machines need to be deep cleaned on a regular basis and they are not(washing machines especially ). There is green between the glass and the metal of the door on the washers. Tons of hair and dust and dryer sheets between the machines even when you open some of the dryers you can see in the framing behind it just covered in a bunch of dirt and dust. The whole place needs a deep cleaning and the bathroom is included. I'm now going to sac-o-suds in north providence and it's very clean and much higher tech. I can add money to an app on my phone and watch how long I have left on my various machines. I don't have to deal with an ornery old card reader that doesn't even do chip verification (which you really should upgrade to because if there was ever fraud losses on your card machines you would be held liable for charge backs due to not being EMV compliant). To the guy that owns this Johnston laundromat, it's time to invest in your business and put a little money back into it In order to be able to compete. read more

I frequently go here but I'm very disappointed with my recent altercation with the young female employee. I was 5 min past the time to take my cloths out of the washing machine so she took it out without my permission. Nowhere in the store does it say you have 5 minutes until your cloths are touched. I was literally attending to my other cloths that were in a machine on the other side of the store. She was raising her voice at me saying its policy. So now you know this spot will touch your shit and give you attitude. read more

Nice clean place to do laundry.. quiet not overly busy like the one on Park. So glad I found this place.. AND wayyyy cheaper than the other place. You can do a huge washer and dry for $10. Can't beat it read more

Use this place all the time. No problems I reported ONE issue to the owner Mr Altieri (owner) because they lost a favorite shirt of mine. instead of apologizing he raised his hands and VERY LOUDLY told me not to come back Mind you that I dropped my clothes there weekly for well over two years and this is the 1st and ONLY issue/compliant I've had. I recently started dropping my laundry off here (too lazy to do it on my own). The woman that is there on Sunday morning (can't remember her name) and another woman named Kathy are extremely nice and personable. My laundry was perfect both times I've been there. The girl that is there on a Sunday afternoon is the definition of poor customer service. Doesn't even acknowledge the fact you walked into the building. Just greets you with "name?" So, this time i decided to ask her why she was so mad every-time i go in there. She didn't seem to care and ripped the slip off my laundry baskets and slid them over to me. "All set". So i took my stuff and left. I got home and realized i forgot to pay Bc i was so annoyed. I called and no one picked up. I spoke with Steve Alteri today- apparently the owner ???? He accused me of stealing and threatening to call Johnston police department because I "stole my laundry". He also threatened to put the video all over the internet to "find me". After going back and forth with him several times i told him I would come and pay for my service and I would never be back in his facility again. He was extremely rude over the phone and continued to threaten me with JPD. Not once did he address the fact this his employee was the one who didn't charge me and told me i was all set to go. Honestly, if i knew Alteri owned this place i wouldn't have even bothered. Looks like his shitty customer service traveled from Alteri glass. read more

Not a great laundromat. There is limited washing machines and few laundry carts available. The place looks unclean (dirty floor and outdated looking). The place doesn't look well maintained and the cost to do laundry is pricey when using a credit card ($5.00 limit) I do not want to have to come back here and do laundry again. I wish I didn't go here and purchase a loyalty card which I didn't want. It's was a very unpleasant experience. read more

If you want to do your laundry the hard way this is the cleanest place with the most friendly staff! But if life is going by too quickly and you are overwhelmed with laundry like me then this place is a must! A dream come true honestly! Dirty laundry picked up at my house and then poof the laundry fairy drops them off washed, dried, sorted & folded! Now if I could only get the kids to put them away! read more

I would definitely recommend this laundromat!! Everything is always clean and in working order. The prices on machines are very reasonable and the ladies who work there are friendly and helpful!
