Very unethical. They know of major deficiencies in the units and do not disclose them. They intentionally mislead in their listings and falsely square footage. Verify everything. Update : Jennifer you had first hand knowledge of a severe mold issue throughout a home (you know which one) that you personally received the mold inspection report that failed miserably but sold it to an unsuspecting couple. I saw the mold first hand, told them what happened, got a copy of the report (via freedom of information) and gave it to them. Let's not pretend. Do better. read more

VEGAS MOBILE HOMES! WOW! FORGETTABLE! Unfortunately I am not able to give them Zero stars. There are only three agencies in Vegas that deal with mobile homes, and I have personally had interaction with all of them. These Vegas Mobile Homes people lie constantly. They misrepresent, they have prospective buyers show up at my home with no notice, or with five minutes notice. Andre is aggressive to the point of being obnoxious. As seller, I was required to pay the ridiculous flat-fee commission of $5000. On more than one occasion he tried to get the better deal for the buyer without considering who was paying him. He brought a ridiculous offer which would cost me in excess of $10,000 and tried to convince me it was a "good deal". It was a pitiful deal which would only benefit the buyer, and the agent of course. As it turned out, I accepted a much lower price and again, the buyer was the only one who benefited. The closing was a joke. There is no reason why it had to take place in my home and not at their office. Further, these people collect additional $1500 "closing fee" from the buyers. How is a $50,000 sale worth $6500 to the agent? It is very sad that you are not able to trust the people you hire when they blatantly lie to you and try to deceive you on a daily basis. Once the closing occurred, my property disappeared from their website. It was gone from "active" and it never appeared on "sold". I wonder why? This agency should be investigated by the Division and their license revoked. I would not recommend them. SO, JENNIFER RESPONDED . FUNNY SHE DOES NOT ADDRESS ANY OF THE LIES AND DECEIT ON THEIR PART. SHAME ON HER! WE LEFT VEGAS ON THE AFTERNOON OF MARCH 17. MY CHECK WAS NOT RECEIVED BY HER UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. WE WERE IN TRANSIT FOR 6 DAYS AND HAD NO ADDRESS. TOOK POSSESSION OF NEW PROPERTY ON MARCH 24. I ASKED HER TO OVERNIGHT CHECK. SHE MAILED IT AND IT TOOK 6 DAYS TO REACH ME. THAT IS CERTAINLY NOT OVERNIGHT. THE OTHER LISTING THEY HAD IN THE COMMUNITY WAS A SINGLE WIDE FOR $25K WITH NO HVAC WORKING. IT WAS TAKEN OFF THE MARKET FOR LACK OF INTEREST. Well all I can say is buyer beware! If I could give a zero, I would. Non disclosure of black mold in the home, non disclosure of a previous flooding, A suicide took place on the side of the house! OH! Let's not forget!   After asking my agent to look up the home we just purchased and see what the history was. He tells us there is a LIEN! On the property! Something Jennifer or her Mother Sharon should have disclosed or made sure the title was clear prior to selling. A Lien for  over $4800  which the previous owners ripped them off too. For work they did for him and then stopped the payment. They say because he was not licensed for manufactured homes. Well keep in mind this couple that Jennifer  her Mom and Andre seem to keep representing have been doing this for quite sometime, in my eyes they scammed them too! They knew better! All about the money!!! Doesn't matter to them  if it is your life savings. We were never explained the paperwork we were signing and it all happened quickly. I was not informed about an email she sent regarding the home inspection review. She brought the paperwork to the property and I signed them quickly because she seemed to be rushing. I was told I would get a copy and never did. We bought a manufactured home from this so called, family run business.  They represent a couple who are flipping and have flipped many manufactured homes. Beware. They are all working together. We were told the Ac all parts were rebuilt. We were told the plumbing was new. Electrical too. By the owner himself as well as Jennifer! The previous owners supposedly owned a school and taught AC, Plumbing & electric.  Jennifer stated he had his own AC business.  The owner also told us if we needed any help or had questions he was just down the street where he bought yet another! one to flip. Yes. My husband and I were snowed by this couple, we believed they were sincere. So, we had an inspection they agreed to a home warranty in which Jennifer arranged and purchased, we split the cost. But no one told us you had to wait 30 days for it to take effect! And after finding out after the inspection and we gave them most of the proceeds from the sale of our home coming to over $116,000 . We are far from being wealthy, this was our Life savings! To downsize to enjoy our second half of life. Well after the sale,  I was excited to get started doing some little things before we had our crew come in and make it our own.  Feeling confident that the previous owners were down the street if I had any issues and feeling the AC was good the Plumbing and  electric. Feeling comfortable.  Well, wrong! We have had to spend almost 10k on a new AC.  To be told it looked like it was possibly hard started. And we needed a new unit. (In the photos You can see he left an empty tank of Freon behind and had all the gadgets hooked up on the day of the inspection.)    On the day they started installation of the AC unit They go to pull out the furnace and the whole wall from the  casing filled with mold. (As you can see in the pictures below)Job had to stop due to the mold!  Had to call a remediation company over $3000. A mold inspector to take samples 3 types of mold one being Black mold were found.  When I told Jennifer about the mold she claims to know nothing, she said she seen him replacing dry wall. I  found out about the mold issue and flooding after we purchased! I was told about the mold from the office as well as neighbors. When I brought it up to the previous owner he says people just talk, they like to talk. He said,  it was not that much, they said it was nothing to worry about. Well who is they???  Well my mom was there during this conversation. He also made a comment about how he ate it, and it did nothing. Left a present Of Kilz in the closet. Oh a lot more then a little mold! yet this company has been there right along with the previous owners happily taking their  money from them for who knows how long. They all know each other well.  When representing these type of people and knowing the conditions of the homes he is flipping & allowing people to be snowed.  Stay away is all I can say. Jennifer's husband did the home inspection and failed to report that the heater and AC unit needed to be replaced. Additionally, Jennifer had told us that property taxes would be paid with the check we wrote for the house. Now, I just got a seizure notice saying that we never paid them. BUYER BEWARE. we bought a home thru them and the agent said no need for a home inspection because the home is sold as is and the owner can decline to do repairs. He advised us everything was working. Yes, our fault for trusting him. I even argued with him a little and let him win the argument. Shame on me. The real issue is when we went to the signing the owner wasn't out yet and the agent still required we gave our cash deposit to the owner before they vacated. We were not able to do an inspection because it was still occupied . The sale closed and we were allowed to do a walk-through and had to sign off on it but the sale was already closed so it was after the fact. Not a good way to do business. Pay for a home inspection and save yourself future cost. We didn't and we are paying for it now. We had to spend $5000 on the air conditioner and $1000 to have a new microwave installed . read more

Do not deal with these people. What they do maybe legal but certainly not ethical. They listed a mobile home that was really not for sale and took a earnest money deposit from me on it. I asked that my check not be deposited until the seller actually decided to sell the unit. They deposited the check anyway. They also had multiple buyers show up at the same appointment. read more
