The woman said she would text some properties in my price range to her. She never did. Then I called Maria and she gave me the details on a property & said she would call me the next day so we could discuss it & I was interested in it. I don't need financing or anything I have all the money necessary. She didn't call me, then I texted her. She didn't reply, but she read what I wrote. First I want to say Im sorry that The owner of this agency defends his hired agents as if they are not real estate agents when in fact they represent themselves as property sales agents. It is a fact that they need a different sales license then a real estate license. Sellers and buyers are not usually aware there is no or little training in integrity, sales ethics or honesty with this agency. In my career in sales It was obvious of the incompetence Of these agents. One of their agents couldn't remember what day it was, a different agent was a no show 2xs. My listing agent told me that the owners wife was favored over the other agents in getting the easy and best listings. Very inappropriate to tell your clients your personal feelings about the agency your representing. Nevertheless this agency has failed in being honest by blindsiding clients into transactions that allow buyers to back out of a legal binding purchase agreement and covering truth by unprofessional attacks on seller with lies. My dad was a VP of mortgage and loans and a professional real estate broker and I retired as a top sales executive with the leader of the major health care company in the United States, I taught customer service and sales skills to sales teams,as well as a hands on sales professional holding top sales awards in 4 regions in the industry. I inquired about a home and received they same info as is already on the homes site. Emailed as well as text the agent but never heard back. Then called the office, first ext 1, no call back. A couple days later I pressed ext 2, that person called back. When I told her which home I wanted to see I was told she had sold it over the weekend. Told her there was nothing on the site to let me know, but she insisted she sold it. Well, 2weeks later it is still on the market. Neither of these ladies have called me back. Told them the dog was 55 lbs, said that was ok. Even put it in the lease agreement that was approved and then was told we could not have a dog over 25 lbs and we would either not be able to move in or had to get rid of our dog. Called and texted the agent to tell them the issue and get our earnest money back and they won't respond. Wasted a ton of time and money on the thought we were going to be moving and now we have no home to move to! read more

Don't waste you time with ABC Mobile Homes. I have never worked with an unprofessional group of people. They are all not licensed real estate agents, so after a showing it impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer questions or submit your offer. Gregg Keith, wanted a check 50% of the home price just to submit my offer. He didn't want me to counter or write in contingencies, but the seller could make newly thought of changes to the listing, including price increase. The entire family worked very hard for me to not buy the unit I was interested in purchasing. I believe most of the family lives in Flamingo West, therefore only selling to those they want as neighbors. Jacqueline never had a phone line set up, therefor never answering her phone and you can't leave a message. I'm glad I found another real estate agent in another park, and bought a home in 7 days. Mark the owner is a great and caring person. He calls back and always answers text messages to him. Some of his sales reps, not so much. My manufactured home has been on the market for 5 weeks. ABC doesn't put your home on the MLS and didn't tell me that. The house has been shown 4 times and each time the ABC Mobile agent didn't bother to call with the results. I wondered if the price is too high, is the curb appeal bad, was my house too small, etc ... I waited a few days and called the agent with questions. I found that two of the folks were not pre-approved and another said that the house was too far from where they want to live. Odd that these 3 families were brought to see my house?? read more

My experience with ABC Mobile/Manufactured Homes was horrible. Eric was aggressive, condescending and not helpful, although he thinks he was amazing lol. He wouldn't not hear my husband and I when we said we had questions regarding the Manufactured Home buying process. Our offer was accepted and we stuck with the process for months while the home was in Probate. Eventually we got so disillusioned with Eric we pulled out of the deal. We stopped everything because ABC Mobile was horrible. We called the State agency that monitors Manufactured home companies and it wasn't the first time the State Agency had complaints about them or Eric. We Eventually bought a beautiful single family home and couldn't be happier that Eric and ABC didn't receive a dime of our hard earned money. read more

Doreen Mulcahey is the worst real estate agent we have ever have to deal with she gave us a paper full of websites that our home was supposed to be posted and could only find it in one and the other said the property was off the market. When we brought this up she told us that was a old list and the didn't deal with those any longer and they were improtant web sites like Trulia, realtor.com and Willow. Then when we had to take the home off the market and she was supposed to bring us the key she said that she couldn't get it out and we said we were on our way she said she was leaving so she left the key in the door and all we had to do is turn it in the right direction and it came right out. So if your trying to list your home don't use this company cause I could go on with a lot of problems with this company... read more

My mother is seeking her manufactured home. Down Mulcahey had a buyer in the wings and listed my mom's house for nearly $20K less than comps. It sold in one day, of course. But, during the inspection my mom had to put in new HVAC. Down affected like my mom should it that cost. Finally, the buyer agreed to pay $5k but the addendum stated my mom would pay the buyer. Then, mom said she needed 30 days after close. And befor it even closed she tried to tell my mom she had to leave in 10 days. 30 days since she listed it. So, mommy mom told her when she'd leave and the buyer backed out. She told my mom "I don't think you even want to sell this place" like inspections and new HVAC's are done for gigglles. She's hateful, incompetent and si much worse. They refuse to let my mom out of her contact even tho they screwed up the paperwork and the terms of the closing. I'm reporting to the Board of Realtors next. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT AT ALL GOOD FOR THE SELLER. DON'T TRUST THEM TO BE PROFESSIONAL, TRUTHFUL OR COMPETENT. read more

Tried abc to sell a home for 15000. Doreen called and told me it was sold. I was never asked or informed that she sold it for 13000. Then they take 4000 fees. All this was done in one showing and anyone can give the home away at that discounted rate. Now going to court. Don't sign blank paper with out knowing who is buying the house. hi mark, i felt the need to write this review after my experience in dealing with two of your salespeople. i know that doreen mulcahy is not a licensed real estate agent. she's a salesperson licensed by the state of nevada to sell mobile homes so does that give her the the right to be rude and totally unprofessional with potential customers? i see other people that have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with doreen mulcahy feel the same as i do so it just might not be a coincidence. doreen hung up on me just because i asked her to put an offer in on a mobile home for me that she had listed and i guess she dosent take me or anyone seriously unless youre right in front of her handing her money, right mark? i also had the unfortunate experience of speaking with another "salesperson" rosa parra. when i emailed her and spoke with her to put an offer on a listing she sent me an email stating that in order to make an offer on the listing i had to send 1000 dollars in earnest money to her. in all my other dealings i have never had any other person selling a mobile home ask for earnest money just in order to make a verbal offer. this sounds like discriminatory behavior if they don't ask that of everyone. this company should be investigated by the state of nevada and i will definitely look into that and follow through. any response mark????????????? read more
