The Lindale Library staff is so much more friendly and helpful, for a fraction of the price. Brookshires, Lindale Custom Jeeps, DQ, Sonic, hell, even McDonalds staff if friendlier than the staff here. Very out of place for Lindale.

I needed some business cards printed for an event about five weeks away. I brought my design in…read moreand first of all, was NOT impressed with the way the young man acknowledged my presence. He spoke in grunts and never looked up from what he was doing as I did my best to explain what I needed. He did say he could do it, gave me a quote, and promised delivery in two weeks. I left my order with him, asking him to email me the proofs for approval before printing. A week passed without a word so I called. He said that he had emailed the proofs. I checked my junk and spam folders and called him back, asking him to email them again. Again, nothing. I went to the business and he gave me the lame excuse of using his boss's email account instead of his own. Anyway, he showed me the proofs and promised they would be ready in a week. I called two days before my event and he said he could print temporary ones if UPS didn't have them delivered by then. He gave me a time to come by to pick them up, but when I got there he told me I was 30 minutes too early. I bit my tongue and killed a half hour in town (I live 12 miles away). When I returned he still didn't have them ready, making me late for a meeting. I did end up with copies of my cards, though. Just copies, not the polished cards I was hoping for. I haven't heard from him since, and I never paid a dime. I placed my order at least two months ago. I will definitely NOT be returning to Pro Printing & Graphics. That young man was not professional at all, and he is the only person I ever saw in there.
