Staff at BoxCar received my box and I received a printed receipt. I left the building feeling confident that my package was in good hands and that my client would receive it in a couple of days. In approximately 1 week my client called and asked about the package that had not been received so I looked up the tracking number on the Fedex website. To my dismay I found that Fedex had no record of picking up my package at BoxCar. I called BoxCar and a young man informed me that occasionally boxes were picked up by the wrong carrier and that often it took as long as two weeks for those packages to be returned to BoxCar. Apparently there is no system or supervision at BoxCar to ensure that the correct carrier picks up the correct package. It is now two weeks and 1 day since my package has been lost by BoxCar. This contained documents which, in the wrong hands, could easily be used for the purpose of Identity Theft and as of this date I have no idea what type of repercussions my client will suffer as a result of carelessness on the part of BoxCar staff. It isi also interesting to note that the website shown on Yelp and also on my BoxCar receipt does not exist or is not accessible. I am now driving to Tyler from Mineola when I have important documents to mail. Fedex has an Office there and does not offer services to other carriers. It takes considerable time to do this but at lease now I can sleep nights.

My reason for switching was that my clothes started having a very strong perfume odor to them when I would pick them up. When I inquired about the smell, I wasn't given any clear explanation or any option for not having the perfume smell. I am not perfume sensitive, but just don't wear perfume and would prefer not to have my clothes smell like perfume. Sometimes, after hanging the clothes up that had come from the cleaners in my closet my entire closet would smell strongly of perfume for a long time after. I was told by my new dry cleaners that this has something to do with some type of filters that are not getting cleaned frequently enough and so the lingering perfumes from clothings just get passed on to mine. The cleaners on 155 called VIP does not seem to have this issue so far and they also have a drive-through which is one of the great things that I loved about Regency.

I am the marketing person for my fathers business. he ordered a couple of signs without me seeing…read moreand he couldn't even see them on the computer, he had me download them just to see them! they weren't the best or his look at all. I called Tina just to make sure the signs were printed and if we couldn't change them. they were already printed, fine, but I was trying to get ideas for the next sign and all I was told was that I need to send in whatever I wanted and they would print it... well that's fine but aren't they the designer? She got VERY rude and when I asked to talk to a manager she told me she was the owner and I couldn't talk to anyone else. she also kept saying that we had to pay for the signs! I didn't mind paying for the signs, I did though ask for pictures of the "printed" signs to make sure they had already been printed which I still haven't received. When my mother got on the phone and told her she was the wife we heard "oh good" which was a dismissal to me. she further said we couldn't have a discount which is fine, we were going to pay for those signs, not a big deal. my problem lies in trying to tell her what our look was and giver ideas and how we can get other signs made. by the end of the conversation I asked why she was being rude in which she turned to her employees to ask if she was being rude and said she has another customer in front of her why would you talk to me on the phone like that with another customer in front of you?) and she would send me the pictures of the "printed" signs after she was through with them. yet I still haven't received them. She then gets off the phone with me, calls my father, he calls me upset that I had "made her cry" and also that he doesn't have to pay for the signs! so when I call her to apologize and make things better, one of her employees answers and I am told that "she doesn't want to talk to me right now" and "she will only talk to my father" and on the subject of unprofessionalism "shes the owner and is allowed to be unprofessional and talk to whoever she wants" I was calm toned the entire time and to me a business should WANT to work things out and keep a customer! VERY VERY BACK HOME COUNTRY BULL SHIT if you ask me! WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN! and if she was smart enough to print a sign that my kids could draw then she should be smart enough to know the internet is your enemy if your stupid enough to be unprofessional to ANY customer apart of any business your doing business with!! Why not just try and hear my input? She got butt hurt if you ask me!
