The kid who sold it to us was nice but he said it was more medium and this thing is plush! And I admit I did try it, but when you're laying on dozens of mattress in one day, it becomes difficult to accurately gauge everything. Here's the real problem.... they try to sell you a mattress protector that costs hundreds of dollars. I don't remember the kid saying this (he probably didn't), but if you don't spend that extra money, you can't return it. So even though we bought our own reputable mattress protector for a fraction of the price online, they simply won't accept it. It's a really lousy way to do business. My back is destroyed. I'm gonna try to make it a year and then put this bed in the guest room. Shame on this place, just go somewhere else without these dumb caveats. There's a million mattress stores in Fort Collins

They helped us choose a height for the base, made sure to set out moving blankets so they did not scratch the wood floor, and made sure we were happy with the placement. They also brought a new houseplant, bottle of champagn, and card from their staff congratulating us in our new home. Seriously love our new bed and so thankful we stumbled into this store! The firm was fine for about the first 3 months and after 6 months it was so uncomfortable that we had to add a topper. Unfortunately we couldn't exchange it again and the trial period is so short they might as well not have one. 2 1/2 years and 4 different toppers later this mattress is so uncomfortable (with or without a topper) that my husband and I can barely sleep. He is larger than I am and I constantly roll into him the entire night due to the lack of support this mattress provides. When I do manage to get to sleep I wake up in so much pain that most mornings I physically can't move my legs or neck. I have to slowly wiggle myself to the edge of the bed to be able to stand up. We're not old either!! Both of us are very active and fit! But We have started sleeping in our guest bedrooms or the couch just to get a decent nights rest. 0/10 do not recommend. It might be the worst $2500+ I've ever wasted. The 2 star rating is only because the salesperson and delivery people were kind although in hindsight I'm not sure anything the sales person said to get us to buy the mattress was actual true so this should probably be more like 1.5 stars.

I met with Peter and he treated all of us with kindness and generosity. He encouraged the child to try out all the beds and pillows in the store until he found his favorite, and he encouraged them to have fun during this rare experience to receive something new. Quality of the mattresses appeared stellar, it's hard to measure that initially, so check for my follow up review in 10 years or so :-) but I'm impressed with their warranty coverages which included some levels of protection against wear and tear, if they say that much about their mattresses, that's impressive!
