Brad is an absolute wizard when it comes to our home entertainment and internet. He set us up with everything we needed initially and he has been incredibly responsive anytime we have had questions since. DeeDee helped us with all of our lighting and curtain upgrades and she has similarly been great. We absolutely recommend Imagine More for your home technology and decor needs.

    I had high hopes when I first met with this company, but we have had nothing but problems with them…read moreonce the install started, and I'm still finding problems. We hired Imagine More to do the low voltage wiring in our new home under construction -- Cat 6, phone, cable, blind prewire, and 4 TV prewires. The planning stage was fine, and we met during the electrical walkthrough to make sure we were all on the same page. It went downhill from there. *Despite our best planning efforts, Imagine More installed wiring from the original draft plan. We had two revisions to that draft. I happened to be in the area a few days after they finished and fortunately, I discovered this error before drywall went up. *The craftsmanship was shoddy with several Cat 6 cables crushed under metal staples. *Even after they came back to fix the first draft issue, several outlets were installed in the wrong position and had to be moved after drywall was up. *I did my own networking using the cables I paid them to install. During testing, I discovered that more than 20% of the cables tested bad. Imagine More had to come back and re-terminate a number of cables. * We had four TV prewires installed. I supplied one media box for the bedroom and they supplied three Strong media boxes for the other TVs. While doing my own hookups in those boxes, I discovered that every installation violated the manufacturer's directions and more importantly, the National Electric Code. Imagine More has come back several times to fix what they should have done right in the first place. They repaired one media box installation, but in the name of "If you want it done right, do it yourself," I'm going to redo the other two myself. We had also planned to have them come in and do our powered blinds, but at this point, we'll find some place else. We just don't want them in our house anymore.

Nearly 5 weeks later on Friday Feb 6, I called and talked to Rebecca about the status. She said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. No call. I called Feb 7. Rebecca said she would call on Monday Feb 9 to find out where the lights are, and would call me back. No call back. Called Saturday, Feb 14th to ask if the lights came in. I did not talk to Rebecca and did not get the name of the lady I talked to. She told me they have not received them. I told her I wanted to cancel because of the poor customer service. I briefly explained the lack of communication as mentioned above. No apologies, but I was NOW told the lights take up to 6 weeks to get. I said I wanted to cancel anyway and reiterated my reasons. I was told I would receive a call back the same day from Rebecca to cancel the order and get a refund. To this day I have not received a call. This is the worst service ever. UPDATE: Received a call from the owner. He said they will refund my money. We shall see. The most disturbing is the owner thinks I was mostly upset about how long the fixture delivery is taking. He obviously did not read the letter I sent him. Though it is not a favored situation, it was more about NO communication. NOT once did I ever receive a call back as they promised. That was the real issue I had. I will keep you posted on the refund. Any bets? !!

I went to the other side and was told she was the only person who could help me. Well, they just lost my business. She should have at least acknowledged me. I ended up going to Hughes and had a wonderful experience. It's only a few blocks away with very helpful staff.

    We purchased all new Wolf and Subzero appliances from Ferguson in December of 2020 for a new build…read more They called my builder in August of 2021 to see if we had an install date which we were not ready for yet. We are now ready for the install (Feb 2022) and they called to say the stove and beverage refrigerator are on back order....how is that possible when they were already in and paid for more than a year ago??? She then tried to tell me that they didn't have enough warehouse space so instead of calling us to ask us to pick it up they sell it to someone else.....oh, and keep our money (~$50k). My builder informed me of this and I call them and they said they were able to get the stove from another order...like that was a favor for me. However, the beverage refrigerator is not on back order, it has been discontinued. So we already have custom cabinets that have been built and installed for this size refrigerator....which they are now trying to figure out. I don't write reviews very often, but this is just outright fraud. They take my money, order and receive my equipment, then sell it to someone else without me knowing or refunding my money. Sadly we have to now resort to more formal remediation options which aren't good for either party. Obviously I don't recommend this company!
