Love the service so far! I purchased a mattress last month and notified the company about some comfort concerns. They scheduled me a pick-up day. They came to pick the mattress up the and delivered it back to me the same day! This really made me feel valued & good about my purchase. I love the customer service I received from Samantha Poole (Sales Associate-Lexington store, South Carolina). She made me feel comfortable with her knowledge; and my purchase by providing me the information concerning how I would be treated after my purchase. The delivery team were equally awesome! Their conduct, character and hygiene were excellent! They were timely and alerted us as to the minutes they would arrive in. This feels like good old time "customer service" and I am glad we have this business in our community that customizes your mattress "just for you"! We slept on our new mattress last night, OH MY GOODNESS!!! Our backs and my hip have been hurting for a couple of months and decided it was time to purchase a new mattress. After extensive research we went to this company. Before I went to sleep last night, my back kept freezing up. I bought my first mattress from them 10 years ago and loved it but it's time for a replacement...so I bought one and will have it delivered in two weeks. I'm looking forward to the new mattress and feel sure I'll love it as much as the last one. It was a super easy process and as I knew what I wanted and was looking for, the salesman did a great job of pointing me right there. The only thing is how awkward it is to lay on a mattress in the middle of a store....any store....and actually know it will translate to 8 hours of good sleep. Best Mattress helped us to find a bed that both my husband and I could sleep comfortably in. We purchased about 6 months ago. Great service from shopping & ordering through delivery. There was no need to deal with customer service for any issues. Just what I like when making such a major purchase. Staff member we dealt with at the showroom on Devine St was fabulous. Took the time to explain differences in the mattresses, financing, how their process works and what could be done for us if it didn't absolutely fit our needs and work for us. While I was NOT thrilled with the total cost, double what I was expecting, the product IS custom-made and we were offered A LOT of assurances that we would not be "stuck" with a mattress we didn't like. Our King mattress, boxspring & cover were ready in about half the time anticipated. Arranging for delivery and removal of our current mattress was easily arranged and swiftly delivered. I've been holding off writing a review because I really wanted to see how the mattress worked out through the hot summer months. While I think a previous mattress we've had from a national brand felt better immediately, the one we purchased from Best Mattress feels incredible. I LOVE the cooling feature of the mattress cover we purchased. This may just be the best mattress we have ever had! Considering how important a really good nights rest is and how much of your time is spent sleeping, recovering, relaxing it's a really good idea to make a good investment in the right mattress. We've bought three mattresses from best mattress. The mattresses have been very comfortable, and the plus is they are locally made. We thought a mattress from a chain would be cheaper, but after comparing prices we found that best mattress is comparable and maybe even cheaper. read more
