The man doing the engraving was hilarious and so helpful. The woman (ponytail and glasses) who was taking care of customers including myself couldn't have been more helpful. There was a bunch of staff working and we were immediately approached by one of their employees. He was trying to be helpful, but he did not have the people skills needed for sales. We had to ask several times on the engraving process once we found the items we wanted. He just did not explain things clearly. They have great keepsake items that can be personalized which is a bit pricey, but people seem to like the gift items. I think I will just go to another Things Remembered next time though.

This is one of Barbie's favourite stores at any given mall, and the reason why is because they have great sexy stuff for plus size girls, which most stores don't, but then they also have great sexy stuff for people who aren't plus sizes, so it's pretty cool regardless of how you look at it. Definitely one of the places that I enjoy coming to, and I'm sure I'll be back here again with Barbie when we come to wonder around the Baybrook Mall, which we often do. In fact it's one of our favourite stores at the mall and service is nice too. But they're pretty expensive unless there's a big sale on.
