My gf went to the bathroom and at least five different employees came in right after her. And when she walked out of the RR, there was an employee with a Walkie talkie staring rudely at her. I would like to point out we weren't dressed like slobs, thugged out, trashy, or out of the ordinary in any sorta way. Our clothes were not baggy and we didn't have any bags (except for my gf's purse, pretty normal if you ask me). We were in the store for less than 30 minutes. An employee followed her down an aisle non-stop, staying several feet away but acted nonchalant when she noticed. I have been a great customer for so many years, sometimes paying more for some products because I enjoyed the shopping experience there compared to Walmart or something. But I don't want to give money to a store that basically proves to me that they don't want my business.

It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

Upon returning to the store, I stood in line for another 5 minutes along with other customers. There was no one at the register and the employees were fixing displays without acknowledging anyone. Finally an employee came to the register (I did not catch her name) I explained to her the situation and she proceeded to ask if the item was "tarnished" I said no. She then asked if it was damaged, which I said no to again. I had to explain to her it was a gift and I was not trying to give it away without proper packaging. She then said "OH ok" and grabbed a new item. I will not be going back to this location, I rather drive further for better customer service. This experience made me feel as if I was judged by my appearance based of how attentive Bridget was with other customers. Corporate should take a serious look at the employees at this location. To still be asked if the item was damaged or tarnished after I had fully explained myself to the employee and telling her I had just bought the item is ridiculous.

At 6:45 on a Tuesday night AND my 60th BD...(today) there was a line to get into the store...we waited 15-20 minutes! I knew what I wanted...the Livy necklace ok silver to match the already gifted bracelet. I also bought a gold bracelet and a 3 stackable ring set. Gorgeous.
