Many of the items are made in Japan but they are starting to see the influx of Chinese manufactured goods, to their detriment. Still, it's worth a visit for the unique snacks and housewares available. The clerks at the checkout counter are super nice. Recommended.

For those who seem to be monitoring my progress, I'm happy to report there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Now for the real reason you're here, my review of this particular Gucci location. First off, I'll say the low reviews here are baffling to me. The service I received was beyond compare. I was treated no differently than someone spending thousands of dollars when in fact I only spent $260. I was looking for a new shirt for my bestie, Sir Benjamin Doolittle and decided to pop in hoping they had a particular shirt available in-store. The stores will often carry pet items at limited availability. Unfortunately, this was not one of those items. However, the stylist who worked with us was able to size Sir B. accurately and order the shirt for us. The shirt arrived just a few days after our visit. The complimentary shipping is a bonus. The level of service we received exceeded all customer service expectations. Honestly, the experience felt as inclusive as it did exclusive. Exclusive in the sense that it's an obvious high-end boutique and inclusive in the sense that I was treated with the same dignity and care as someone spending thousands. Another item of note is that I absolutely hate going to The Domain in which they're located but the kindness, attentiveness, and fun of the Gucci experience that day made up for it. I came in needing some business casual shirts. Michael laid out (literally) several great options and discussed sizes. Once he found what I needed, he continued to suggest items that might be a fit. I picked out a couple of nice shirts, but I want to come back when I have more time, as the selection is quite varied, with lots of options - from very casual to dress and outerwear. Michael got me a water, asked about my needs - it was such great and friendly service. Others should come and learn about taking care of customers. At one point a couple came in, and someone needed something Billy Reid did not carry. Michael directed him to a specific shop that would meet his needs. Truly helpful.
