Now this spot isn't like your average local gym, it's very Miami but in a different way. Think graffiti on the walls, flashing lights, exotic cars parked inside the gym and fighting rings right in the middle. At first it may seem like a lot but it's actually kind of a vibe, and really goes with their overall brand. Now I've only tried this spot out once, for their boxing class and I absolutely loved it! I've never done a sparing/boxing class like this. It was extremely challenging in the best way. Everyone there just gets it and really goes in to work out and get their sweat on. I felt super empowered and intrigued to come back here after going because it was hard but in the best way. DO NOT JOIN TO BOXR IF YOU ARE A WOMAN WHO VALUES HER SAFETY‼‼ I'm writing this review not just as a former member, but as a woman who was harassed and violated by one of the gym's trainers, Saúl Rivera, and completely ignored by the gym's leadership--including owner Mateo, and managers Steven and Jonathan--after I formally reported it. Over the course of several weeks, I experienced highly inappropriate, unwanted physical contact from Saúl while training, including him: * Grabbing my inner thighs, glutes, and legs under the guise of "helping" with exercises. * Positioning his body in overtly sexual ways while stretching me. * Touching me after I physically moved his hands away and made it clear I was uncomfortable. * Filming me from inappropriate angles during workouts without permission. He also made repeated, sexually inappropriate comments--not just to me, but to other women training with him--such as: * "Oh, that's how you sound in bed," while we were pushing through difficult reps. * Getting angry and defensive when we refused to do certain exercises that involved overly sexualized positions. * Yelling at and insulting women who set boundaries, including calling me "lame ass" simply because I stopped following him on social media after distancing myself. Despite reporting everything to management--including screenshots of his messages, details of the physical misconduct, and the fact that MULTIPLE women have made similar complaints about this same trainer--absolutely no action was taken knowingly putting women at risk.. In fact, I was told I was not the first to raise this issue. This is not just about one trainer. This is about a culture of negligence and complete disregard for women's safety. I paid $220/month to train in what I thought was a high-end, professional gym. Instead, I was harassed, disrespected, and ultimately forced to cancel my membership because THE LEADERSHIP CHOSE TO PROTECT A PREDATOR RATHER THEIR MEMBERS. Let's be clear: * Allowing a trainer with a known history of misconduct to remain employed is complicity. * Ignoring multiple complaints from women is gross negligence. * Choosing silence over action in the face of abuse is promoting harassment. I gave up a gym I genuinely liked and a community I cared about because I refuse to tolerate abuse or stay silent. I urge every woman reading this: Do not give your money or your trust to a place that doesn't protect you‼ This is not just unethical--this could eventually become a legal liability. I have not had the pleasure of creating a membership in the facility yet, but based on my tour & experience with the staff of gym I can say they are top tier! Both cleanliness & energy! All staff is extremely welcoming and sincere which says a lot because it's not just about taking peoples money but giving the members of the gym an experience & a home gym. Being neighbors to the gym I've been able to say this has been a huge benefit to the community I've had the pleasure to witness myself. Also noting that they have many classes to choose from as well as equipment and all you need to unwind mentally and physically. Excited to sign up! No parking and all anybody cares about there is filming and meeting celebrities or Instagram creators the trainers charge insane amount of prices around $900 just to train you for one session. It is not worth it is very flashy and not much else but then again that is Miami for you. also there's never any parking so unless you wanna pay $30 just to go to the gym every day I would suggest finding another gym that provides parking because I signed up to take classes but every time I try to go to a class there is not any parking. They only have about 15 spots next to this art gallery and otherwise you have to do street parking or park across the street in the parking lot and that would cost you like $30 every day so it's definitely not worth it read more

The Boxr gym is the first gym in Miami I've joined since breaking up with my apartment gym & I don't think I will go anywhere else. The atmosphere is great..always clean & well managed. Everyone is respectful of each other & each other's grinds. As a woman I feel very safe, even though there are grown men beating each other up pretty much at all times there (so that's impressive). The staff is also amazing. Ive been training with Ryan Coyle since I started going to the Boxr gym. Ryan embodies what it means to be a personal trainer in elite form. He is extremely knowledgeable on pretty much every muscle movement to exist and works off a philosophy of making your body look good while preventing injury. Ryan is very professional & somehow makes almost passing out from too many RDLs a good time. read more

First of all the gym itself is gorgeous and it's a pure pleasure to be there. Second of all, they have tons of classes for everyone's preferences and tastes. Classes are full! Love this gym in Miami. It's kinda new and coming along great! I absolutely looooove this gym but I do have a few small complaints that kinda ruffles my feathers. They have a separate CrossFit gym across the street. That's included in your membership. It even has a barber shop there, and a lounge room. The other side has two boxing rings a basketball court and all the workout equipment you need! The best part about this gym is that your membership includes over 100 different classes! Like wow ! Classes like fit dance, Pilates, core class, boxing, even classes for kids! And the instructors are top tier! They also have a Blends Nutrition where you can get a smoothie and other healthy bites. Everybody here is super nice, the staff and the owners! You can tell the owners are really passionate about what they do and want to provide not only a gym but an experience for their members. I love that they are constantly changing and adding this to the gym. The energy here is on an all time high, which is why I love coming here. Even the members and trainers are cool it really feels like family. I will say this will definitely be the best gym in Miami as they continue to upgrade and making improvements. Some improvements I recommend as a member are : Getting a new quality weight rack in the leg section of the gym. Removing or permanently installing the square cushion pads in front of the mirrors of the leg section of the gym. (They are always moving when working out) Everything is black, so things get dusty fast. So the gym constantly needs cleaning and wiping down. They should look into that Having a place for every gym item. Every item in the gym should have a place of where it's supposed to go when finished. Green Turf instead of the black turf in the leg section of gym. Fix treadmill Machines & More work on Bathrooms. I say this all because I love this gym and I want to see it to continue to grow thrive and win. I love it here and I recommend anyone that is considering to join because they are going to continue to grow and the price will go up! So get in now! read more

I was recommended by a friend because she trains with someone there way before they made this big gym she used to pay a good amount for a membership so when she told me I was so in when I got to the desk to sign up it double the price yes I understand this place has everything you looking for the classes the dances the CrossFit the ice bath and more but eveeytime you try to come to these classes there's no parking plus the classes are super packed so you can't join now they charging the members $30 on top of the $156 a month for parking or a $1 for valet that $30 a month for valet if you go everyday I'll go everyday for the amount of money they charging for the membership or you could park in the parking lot for $3.00 an hour wtf how this is crazy they have a big hype because famous people come here but they will be losing people from coming to this gym is nice and all but not worth that money plus the classes end early and you can't join the gym I'll be looking for another gym thanks lot read more

I'll give this gym 5 stars. A lot of equipment, it has plenty of bags, 2 rings, a basketball court, sauna, showers, a lot of different weight lifting machines, even has an outdoor jungle gym. It's not super packed like other gyms, some of the best trainers in miami are here, classes are great, Alessio and Corey are my favorite trainers and teach authentic Muay Thai which is very rare especially in South Florida. Nobody hassles you to buy personal training like other gyms. Sometimes I don't want to train but once I arrive the energy is great and I get motivated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more
