Their crew left a pile of their trash on our deck for us to clean up. They also ruined my step stool when they left it covered in paint, because apparently they couldn't bring their own step stool??? They were supposed to replace my step stool and of course that didn't happen. They have removed my pictures before so I am posting them again so others can see for themselves and make a well informed decision about if they want to give their hard earned money to this unscrupulous company. She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call. Sorry to have inconvenienced you." Yep. Not a fan.
