I called Sueppel's in May about a deck and siding job. A guy came out to look at the house in mid-June, said he could do the job, explained what he'd do, and then I never saw or heard from him again. I called in mid-July to ask what was up, and the lady sounded a little offended. She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call. Sorry to have inconvenienced you." Yep. Not a fan.

Boyd stands behind his work--always. I have used BCC for two complete bathroom remodels and some whole-house smaller jobs (scraping 1980s popcorn ceilings, installing crown molding, etc.). She saw a house she and her husband loved on the Parade of Homes, and it was one Boyd had built. They hired him to do their dream house and they absolutely love it.
