So I called them again and the car was still not ready. I called them again around 4 PM and was informed that the car needed a ball joint and they were installing it WITHOUT calling me and getting my approval WHICH IS ILLEGAL. They 'hoped' they could get it done by closing time. It took them ALL DAY for a simple job and the bill was more than twice what I was quoted. They had no reason not to call me and let me know what was going on. Needless to say I was furious. Buyer beware at this garage!

Fast forward 5 days and I receive an email (I was out of the country) that it was more than the sensor and was going to cost $500 to determine what the actual problem was. Having no other option I decided to move forward. After not hearing for another 2 days, I called back and was told that 20 hours of labor needed to be done for the cam phaser to be changed that would cost me $3500 and I should just take me car to the dump, or they would offer me $300 for the parts. Oh and if I did want to pay for it to be fixed it would take 2 months. So after 3 weeks of back and forth with them I had it towed to R&R auto in Potsdam (RON IS AMAZING!) and within a week it was diagnosed as a sensor problem and saved $2500 to fix it. Now running normally! In addition to my horrible experience here I have a friend that took her SUV here and has been back multiple times because lights keep coming back on in her car. Advice: Don't go there.

It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car.
