I had a very disappointing experience with MK Autos in Milton. The entire process lacked transparency and professionalism. The shop sourced parts through its own contacts without clearly discussing the quality, available options, or costs beforehand. The parts supplied appeared to be of low quality, yet I was charged a premium price for both the parts and the labor. At no point was I provided with a clear estimate of the service charges before the work was completed. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The staff were impolite and dismissive when I asked reasonable questions about the repairs and the charges. As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and respectful communication, none of which I experienced here. In my opinion, customers are better off going to a more established service provider such as Canadian Tire, where pricing, warranties, and repair procedures are handled through a proper system. At least there, customers have clear documentation and recourse if parts fail or repairs are unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would not recommend MK Autos. I would like to commend MK Auto Body for their high quality workmanship along with great attention to customer service. The garage has recently replaced the front bumper of my 2007 Lexus ES350. I was warmly welcomed by the owners, Mohamad and Ali at the outset and upon completion of the job. The quality of the work by MK Auto Body exceeded my expectations and the car looked as good as new. Also, the job was completed on time and for the quoted and reasonable price. I brought my Chevrolet Express Cargo Van to Mk Auto Body to get an estimate for a major dent rear doors that would not open on August 6, 2019. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of (Ali)...who gave me the estimate within minutes after going through procedures for the repair and he indicated that it would take 5 working days to be completed and the vehicle will be ready. I was concerned that it would take longer because of the severity of the dent and it was a commercial vehicle..needed to get it on the road a.s.a.p. for work. I researched and received many quotes from local companies before choosing MK Auto. Their price was extremely fair, and I was impressed by past reviews. I picked up my truck today and I am extremely happy with the work they had done. (ie. I can't tell where I was hit anymore!) I found them to be friendly, professional and very helpful. I had to bring my car in to repair paint peeling on my roof. Mohamad took my car in right away, knowing I needed it to return to work the following week. The work done was beautiful, the paint colour matches. I had a very good experience dealing with him, from super fast email responses to a worry free overall experience. Mohamad and his team went above and beyond in repairing the rust damage on my 2001 Audi. In working in the car they discovered some rust we had not seen before and not only did they grind out the rust, they removed and welded in new metal to make the job last!
