When the first ETA came up I was sent another ETA changing the time adding another 90mins. When that ETA came up I received another ETA updated adding an additional hour. Then when that ETA came up I was given another one adding 2 more hours to my call. I called to inquire why I can't be given an accurate ETA, and can't spend my day like this, and told the last ETA would be the accurate one. I waited. ETA came and went. I gave an additional 45mins to the ETA as I had received no other updates. Finally I called and was told my call was cleared by Rose, and that they are no longer coming. After 6 hours of waiting in the winter cold and not receiving a clear time frame, they decided my call was done. Leaving me stranded. In the winter. They picked up the call again and I had to wait an additional 2hrs for the tow. Placed the call at noon, didn't show up until after 1900. I've been in the winter cold this entire time. The driver who finally showed up, was the most reckless and dangerous tow operator I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. I've never witnessed someone display this level of incompetence. Named "Bungalow" cause there isn't anything upstairs? This place will never get my business again and only got 1 star from me so I could leave a review, they don't deserve it. EDIT; after lengthy respose from company - was not misinformed I was going based on what I was told and what I saw. Yea your driver is in the cold but that was a career choice no? The four of us who witness the driver would beg to differ. On your video did see how fast he was going back and forth in the uneven snow causing his massive truck to slide everywhere uncontrolled around people and other vehicles? Did you see on the video him almost hit a van two times? Did you see us offer to move other vehicles or the vehicle to be towed to make it easier for him to just quickly load and him decline us and continue to go back and forth like he was running over his mortal enemy? This was a very lengthy response to this complaint loaded with excuses. I did call, I was informed. You need to work on your customer service skills. Sometimes customers have bad experiences, saying others didn't doesn't rectify the situation. You're overly defensive for no reason and lacking as well.

I thought any body shop that was "insurance recommended" wouldn't necessarily be the best, but this place was fantastic. We dealt with Tyler, who I believe is the owner or manager of this location. From the very beginning Tyler provided exceptional customer service, getting in touch with us right away when he heard from the insurance. He got us in for an estimate and even gave us an estimate on another part of the car that was damaged (unrelated to the accident). He explained everything and arranged for a rental car pickup for me while they worked on my car. The service was very fast, and the work was completed a day before expected. When we arrived to pick up our car not only was the bodywork pristine (I couldn't even remember where the damage was!), they also cleaned our interior mats (which were quite gross from the winter), and the dash was spotless. Such a thoughtful thing to do! Tyler also spent some extra time chatting with me about the other damage he gave us a quote on (a tear from a snow plough) and gave us fair and honest advice. The Long Version: I'm a bit hesitant to write this review, because I don't want them to be busier than they already are so I can get a quicker appointment the next time I need them, lol. But I need to give credit where credit is due and these guys are 5 stars all the way. My 12 year old car was making some rattling noises when I drove over bumps or uneven road. Takaki Auto had excellent reviews on many different platforms, and combing through them they seemed like legit reviews. They also came highly recommended on several chat forums. They are also close to my house and specialize in Japanese vehicles, which mine is. When I called for an appointment, I described my issue and they told me the plan of what they were going to check. They were booking about a month out. I dropped off my car on my appointment date and was able to rent a loaner car. They ended up keeping my car over the weekend because they weren't able to finish the work on the Friday that I dropped it off, but I was ok with that since I had the loaner. Hiroshi called me and explained the situation after they diagnosed what was wrong. They had already gone ahead and replaced a stabilizer link because I had given pre-authorization for certain repairs, if required, but further repairs were needed so he had to talk with me. He gave me some options (like just replacing the bushings instead of the entire controller arms). And advised me it wasn't urgent to fix, but explained some possible consequences of delaying the fix (like uneven tire wear and the sound could mask other more critical sounds if something else were to go wrong). He was very patient with me as I know very little about cars. In the end I didn't want to delay the repairs and I had them replace the 2 control arms for me. They texted me when my car was ready and sent me the detailed invoice. Pickup went smoothly and they fixed the problem. My car no longer made the rattling sound when I drove over bumps and the car seemed to drive smoother. I found the price reasonable and I was very happy with the customer service. Oh, let me tell you about the loaner car, it was like over 20 years old with over 300,000 km on it, yet still drove well. I feel this in itself is a testament to their skills, lol. I am glad to have found an auto shop that I like. My dad does all the basic maintenance stuff for me like oil changes, changing my tires and he can even change brake pads and spark plugs, but the more complicated stuff I need to take to professionals.
