I take my time (days or weeks) making bigger purchases and they are very patient with me as well as informative. I have purchased fly fishing gear and flies, a bicycle and cycling equipment, as well as performance clothing from MSL. If I was a backpacker, this would be my primary source of gear. Most of the products are premium brands so they can be a bit more expensive than Dick's or some other chain. If you want to buy quality gear from a local shop, consider MSL.

I would strongly suggest you order online and avoid a possible long wait in person. You see, my wait was quite lengthy due to an online order of multiple bowls. These occupied the one employee making orders. If I could suggest that they designate a person for online orders and one for in person orders, the annoyance of a long wait would be avoided. Anyway, once I received my order, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Some have complained about high prices. Sales almost always greets you when you come inside an HD Dealer. Gotta move those bikes! They were really chatty and professional and didn't try to push a sale on us really hard as they realized we were just riding through. Some places are relentless and demand your phone number and information and then send you automated texts. These guys were really chill. The motor clothes staff were very helpful as well. I always check out the clearance items. Left with some beard oil and other goodies. Great easy stop right off the highway with nice clean bathrooms. Worth stopping if you're riding in the area.

One shirt was correct size and the other one was totally wrong and when I tried the online return with customer service.......well you better have the information of your first born to get it resolved. I'm taking a loss because after being on the phone for 48 minutes and still wanting more pictures I gave up and have now filed a claim with my credit card as fraudulent transaction to get my refund. Value would have been great if I received what I paid for. Value for all the bad service and wrong product makes it worthless and disappointing.
