Online order gone completely wrong and their help desk wouldn't help. Ordered tennis shoes and two exact same underarmour shirts and items shipped in separate packages so I'm assuming from different stores sent the order. One shirt was correct size and the other one was totally wrong and when I tried the online return with customer service.......well you better have the information of your first born to get it resolved. I'm taking a loss because after being on the phone for 48 minutes and still wanting more pictures I gave up and have now filed a claim with my credit card as fraudulent transaction to get my refund. Value would have been great if I received what I paid for. Value for all the bad service and wrong product makes it worthless and disappointing. read more

Store location is convenient, somewhat. The store is a lot like a warm-up suit or jogging suit center with very high prices. The store is seriously out of touch with reality. Baseball and golf goods in Bristol? Most people in the area can't spell baseball let alone golf. The staff is a bunch of goofs, misplaced people from another closed retailer in the area. In all, it's not worth the time or effort; nothing for seniors in the way of walking shoes, clothes, sports equipment. Dull and not going back. Good news; I decided to treat myself to new Kayak for my birthday. Dick's at The Pinnacle had the one I wanted in stock. I went down and spent $3K on the new boat and really like it. Bad news; 18 days later Dick's sends an email saying that boat is on sale for $300 off. I researched price match policy on their webpage as well as return policy. I called Dick's Customer Service and was told that they'll make a price adjustment for 21 days, so I'm in good shape. I called the store before my drive over there and was routed to a manager named Bree. She was very disinterested and cited a 14 day price match policy and said they will make no exceptions. I said that I'll return the boat then, and she said they won't take it back because she's sure it has been in the water. I repeatedly asked where any of these policy details were available to be read by the public and she offered no options. I went from being happy that Dick's had the boat I wanted, in stock, to mad that Dick's will leave a customer hanging the way they did. I will definitely think twice about making a major purchase at Dick's at The Pinnacle again and hope I have no further interactions with a Manager named Bree. read more

I was looking at exercise floor mats. There were three adjacent stacks with a sign on the middle stack that said $39.99. There were two types of mats in each of the three stacks, interspersed. I picked up the set of mats the price sign was sitting on. At checkout it rang up at $59.99 so I told the cashier of the sign. She called the young man working in that department and he came up front carrying the other type of mat set from the piles. When I told him the sign was literally on the set I had picked up he informed me that was impossible, implying I was lying. An employee at another Dick's location confirms that is NOT the policy in their store where they honor the price if they make a mistake with signage. Clearly this store does not follow that policy, and will not get my future business. read more

Do not go here if you are looking for anything hunting related. Has a great selection of YETI products, but definitely the worst DSG I have ever been to. read more

It's a brand new store and a brand-new shopping center so of course it will be decent and clean but I will say that the staff seems nice and it certainly is well-stocked and of course when these new stores open they definitely try harder than others so it's pretty cool read more
