I am not getting any response from Allyn Hood and it has been three years (June 1, 2021) since he's held $1755 of my money after I bailed out JM from Sullivan County Jail on 06/01/2021. Since I am getting no response from voicemails, I have no choice but to contact the OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL AND the SULLIVAN COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY GENERAL BARRY STAUBUS and file a Fraudulent Theft of Services Claim and let them handle it. I have multiple documentation of all the texts and the voicemails and recorded messages I left and he is still keeping my money. This is a crime. And my money should have been in an escrow by law.
