I checked in and they were very professional. They also shuttled me to work! Not only did the service department fit me in within minutes, they said they would not let me leave town without making sure my Kia was safe to drive. AWESOME!!! They did find a nail in the tire and were able to fix it right away. My Seltos is still under warranty so they did it all for free. From the minute I walked in. The Service Cashier, The Service Mechanic and the Service Manager were all super friendly, professional and eager to help me with my issue. In no time at all I was on my way and feeling safe about heading out of town. This really doesn't surprise me much as I have always got great service there over and over and over. I've brought my vehicles there for over 10 years now. The Service Manager Melina is simply the BEST!!! She has helped me and been so friendly and professional all these years. Even before she became the Manager. I honestly leased my current car there simply because of Melina and knowing that if I have any issue with kia at any level, she will or would try to help resolve it, and help me in any way she can. To be clear, the survey was not part of any written agreement I signed, it was a verbal request to give the salesperson all 10s. I did provide high marks, but apparently, it wasn't "perfect" enough for them. Instead of honoring the deal, they're using the survey as an excuse to back out of providing something as small as $200 floor mats even though we signed an agreement. This behavior is petty, unprofessional, and a huge red flag for how they treat customers. A business that puts more value on a survey than honoring their commitments and signed agreements, is not one you can trust. Go to a dealership that respects their customers and stands by their word.
