A couple of return trip to get that right after putting up with attitudes of the service advisors about these items, i went to Morries. Stumbled onto a great mechanic at West End Lincoln, found all the issues in one stop but had to wait for parts a lot. Ford has turned grossly incompetent, i dont recommend Boyer or Ford F350's!

Called two different times to find out if they did oil changes for a Class A motorhome and was told…read morethey did. Asked if I could get an appointment and was told they did not do appointments. Made the trip to their shop at 9:30 am and was told that they only did oil changes between 3:30-5:30 pm. I said I was not told that and the service person very rudely said that was not his fault. He also said if I came back at 3:30 he should be able to get my rig in and it should only take about 30 minutes. I made the return trip and was there at 3:30 pm. The same man was working along with another man. The original man turned his back to me so that I would speak with the 2nd man. At 5 pm, I asked when they would be taking my rig back. It was finally taken back at 5:10 pm. It was not ready for me to leave with until around 7:30 pm. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this shop to ANYONE--no matter what. There are more reputable places to do business with.

You DO NOT have to worry about that with Jerry's Auto. I purchased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse with 72,000 miles on it and it is everything that they said it was. They allowed me to take it to my own mechanic to have them look it over prior to purchasing it. There was no high pressure sales tactics. Justin and Chris made the process of purchasing the vehicle the best experience I have ever had. They may not have the largest selection of vehicles but the ones they have on the lot are quality vehicles that you can depend on. Highly recommend you take a look at their inventory.

Our sales associate Kirk Zroka leased the KIA to us three years ago and while we were getting service we went to speak with him about closing the lease and purchasing a Pacifica. He let us know that one just came in at the price we were considering. We took it out for a drive and loved it instantly. He then worked it out so that the lease was grounded and he paid the remaining lease balance of $1,300. SOLD. Kirk has been good always checking in with us during our lease and now he gave us a great deal on our new van. We really like the sales folks (Kirk, Andrew and Danny) at Cornerstone where we have purchased or leased five vehicles. The service departments at both Cornerstones Ford/Chrysler and KIA has been awesome for all our vehicles.

I took it to a mechanic and they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I take it back to Cornerstone. Once I contacted Cornerstone, they were able to get me in, in a timely manner. Only a week. I checked in and they were very professional. They also shuttled me to work! I normally don't like dealing with dealerships due to their pressing tones but everyone I've gone here, I've had a pleasant visit.

I was heading out of state and just stopped to see if they could somehow fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I was worried about being safe on this out of state trip. Not only did the service department fit me in within minutes, they said they would not let me leave town without making sure my Kia was safe to drive. AWESOME!!! They did find a nail in the tire and were able to fix it right away. My Seltos is still under warranty so they did it all for free. From the minute I walked in. The Service Cashier, The Service Mechanic and the Service Manager were all super friendly, professional and eager to help me with my issue. In no time at all I was on my way and feeling safe about heading out of town. This really doesn't surprise me much as I have always got great service there over and over and over. I've brought my vehicles there for over 10 years now. The Service Manager Melina is simply the BEST!!! She has helped me and been so friendly and professional all these years. Even before she became the Manager. I honestly leased my current car there simply because of Melina and knowing that if I have any issue with kia at any level, she will or would try to help resolve it, and help me in any way she can. Cornerstone Kia is very lucky to have such a great person like Melina working for them and their customers. So here is a big thank you to the entire Service Department for once again helping me and going above and beyond that day when I didn't even have an appointment scheduled. I appreciate all of you!!!
