After finding Texas Gold Connection's website advertising eyeglass repairs, I called them and talked to a helpful staff member who said that they charge $55 (including tax) to weld broken glasses and normally have them fixed within an hour. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon, spoke to a helpful staff member, and dropped off my glasses. About 45 minutes later, I received a text notifying me they were ready. When I picked them up, I could hardly notice where the fix had been made. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and most importantly, they solved my problem at a great value. Highly recommended for eyeglass repairs!

But when ring was done I got it back with a soft center stone and only 33 g of gold ipo 55g they also cut the stone in half to save on gold and I was never notified ever about the difference in gold and ruined a 14 caret rubilitestone. Also my stone in my orinigal ring was a 5 AAAAA stone they replaced with a 3AAA stone. My orinigal stone was cut by a world champion stone cutter and actually valued at 30 thousand and when they checked in my ring to resize it they examined it and signed off on the 30 thou value. Best I was ever offered was 10 thousand. Now I have a cheap replacement ring short 22 gr of 18k gold and a14 caret tubule cut in half so it's now 9 caret and to me worthless compared to ring I brought in to have resized. Beware is all U got to say and get everything in writing or you may get in same situation I got in. I'm 74 and was treated very rudly afer I was offered the 30 thous by manager I agreed but that's when I met the managers mom After meeting with her which was shameful the way she treated me I will never go back there.
