I then called them and made sure they wouldn't come, woman said they wouldn't. then they turn up and blow them out and charge us. I disputed this and her response was 'well when you use us you sign up to a contract for this service'. I asked for the contract they could not provide it, I have never signed a contract with them. I credit card disputed and got the money back - really shady practices stay away.
