Ron came over the day I called him. I had water in the pipes and my new dishwasher stopped working…read more Found out it needed a new submersible pump and a new 20 gallon pressure tank. We were never told where the old pressure tank was so he had to dig until he found it. The dishwasher worked as soon as we got water. Ron is easy to talk to and explains things so I can understand. We discussed cost and he worked with us and we were satisfied with the final bill. I will hire him again if I need a plumber.

I called him and he said it will need a new pump. He quoted $1,000 for a $700 pump and $300 for labor. Meanwhile my grass is dying and turning brown. He couldn't find the Goulds pump but said he would find a different pump that would work just fine and charge me the same amount. I asked him to send me what pump it would be. He sent me a picture of a $600 well pump. I question how this would work and mentioned that flotec's sprinkler pump is only $250 at home depot and $350 at Ace. He then said sorry I sent you the wrong picture and would only charge $800. Now he's getting $650 for labor which doesn't add up but i said fine because my lawn was dying. He said he would be over in the morning and never showed up. After not responding to text and calls he finally text me at 5pm saying he is unable to do the job. He tried to scam me and then litterally left me high and dry. I would not trust this guy.
