Set up a time that would work for us inside 24 hours of our call. Came to the house, sized it all up and - rather than stick us for a whole new door system - he let us know it would only take a new spring to have the system back up and running. What a relief! Eric told us his philosophy - he doesn't fix anything that doesn't need it and he charges everyone the same fair prices for his fine work. How can you want anything more than that? He was done in less than an hour (as he carries supples on his truck). The price was very fair and we were all super happy to see everything fixed so fast. Eric stopped before leaving to help us program a door opener and didn't watch the clock while he did, he was just happy to help out.
