The phone was answered by a real live human being, Kayla, (not an AI ROBOT) who worked with us to find a mutually convenient time to deliver and program the openers. The openers were delivered when h promised by Adam, who not only programmed them, but also showed and programmed an app for our cell phones that lets us check the status of the door and open or close it when we are away from home. They were scheduled between 12-4..showed up at 3:55, but they told me my doors were residential, they were in the wrong truck and have to reschedule. The next day the guy came, quoted me a different price for the service call [about a $50 difference] and promised to be back and finish the repair by 5. I had used Integrity Garage Repair to check my garage two times before. Both times I had no issue. i called them back because I had the same exact problem I had in November. The release mechanism on the chain kept hitting the light which released the latch that made the door closed. The problem was quickly fixed. The door fell down again so I called them back. Mark came and did a quick look round and said nothing about the release mechanism but said I needed new springs, cables, drums, bearing plates, chain, ten ball bearing rollers for a fee Of $1,818 OR replace everything since my system is old for a price of $4,000!!! YIKES!! i asked it has nothing to do with the release mechanism and he said NO! I called several other places, and every place gave me a different problem. Finally I had PSL Garage Door Repair Service and he said it was the release mechanism an easy fix. I said I don't need a new system and he said NO WAY! Garage was fixed and Working better than ever. Mark, the owner, was on time and fixed several problems with two of my four garage doors. It was schedule the day after I called and I hadn't declared an emergency. The scheduler was articulate and thorough repeating what the problems were so the repair went quickly and flawlessly. I would highly recommend this veteran owned business (even though he was Army ). Our garage door stopped working. Integrity sent Zach out to check it out. He arrived promptly (within an hour after my request.) He immediately diagnosed the problem. The old springs were shot and needed replacement. He had all needed parts with him and immediately to work. He completed everything in under an hour. Everything is working perfectly again. A year ago our garage door springs broke and we had someone replace them. Since that time the door goes up but then slowly comes down about a foot. A little scary. Also it was constantly beeping. We called Integrity Garage Door to address this problem. Jeff came to our house and first diagnosed that the new springs were not the correct size and not holding the door up as they were supposed to. Instead of telling us to the replace the springs(very expensive) he adjusted them to the right tension and said to see how they perform right now and they could always be replaced later if necessary. Also the constant beeping was that the backup battery(in case of a power blackout) needed replacing. He didn't have one with him and came back the next day. He didn't even take payment until he came back with the battery. Thank you Jeff. Thank you Integrity. Garage door initial salesman 100%. Techs that came nice. Do I love my door yes. The only thing is. I have a double drive way I was packed facing the garage. They back in. I shoulda followed my gut feeling about moving but they said it was ok. Quite a lot goes into the dismantling and reassembling a new door. Sadly when they left and I was cleaning bits of remaining debris I looked at my car and I had a new ding and scratch on the back passenger side that was facing their truck. I immediately called. And after a little back and forth I was told someone would come out in January and fix. It's April. Would I recommend for the door yes. Pricing seemed fair enough. I loved how they were helping tornado victims. Even made sure to say I could wait on my door for them to attend to others first. I even had upgraded right off the bat with the salesman.
