I contacted the company by email requesting a full refund due to the item not feeling of good quality and received no response for 2 weeks. I filed a dispute with my bank and only then received an email about a refund being issued. When a refund was finally issued, they deducted more than the stated return fee. Thankfully my bank sided with me and gave me a full return. Based on my personal experience and opinion, I would not recommend this place and would recommend just buying directly from pandora if you are looking to buy pandora. I can't speak for other jewelry here.
