Even though it's not her place to judge me I probably wouldn't be writhing this review if she didn't out right lie to me. Remember I only went there for a $75 appraisal. She then proceeded to tell me my ring had a lot of wear and tear. She asked if I wear my ring all the time. I responded of course, it's my wedding ring. She with a condescending tone said she can tell. Whatever that meant. I'm writing this review because of what happened next. She said my ring needed thousands of dollars in repairs or I will start losing stones. I took my ring and stated I was getting second opinion. I took my ring to a very reputable jeweler in Bellevue with decades of experience that said my ring was very solid and didn't need any repairs. Based on my previous advice I questioned his assurance. This professional then showed me my ring under the microscope and pointed out how sturdy my ring was. If she wasn't snarky and condescending I might have been out thousands of unnecessary dollars. With the pandemic and small business owners struggling I definitely expected more. Shame on you. Buyer be ware. Don't let this place be your one stop shop get a second opinion.

The only reason I even went there is because that is where the ring was purchased and the last time I sent it in to have it re-rhodiumed they polished the setting a little too much and really changed the appearance of the setting, so I wanted to see if that could be repaired as well. I still have all my receipts and amazingly, I also have the sales catalog that shows my ring) The saleswomen took my ring in the back room (supposedly to have their onsite goldsmith look at it) and returned rather quickly I would say no more than a couple minutes later and told me that my ring could not be resized. I was given a lame excuse for the reason. (this ring has a solid band in the back with no diamond setting in that area) so I took it to two other jewelers in the same mall, they both couldn't see any reason why GB said it couldn't be resized, so I am having a Greenberg's competitor do the work for me. I have purchased many pieces from Greenberg's over the years, but after today I will never buy another thing from them. The customer service has greatly decreased since they closed the Mall of the Bluff's location. That's okay though. Moving forward, I'll just buy my jewelry elsewhere. I mean who wants to buy from a jewelry store that refuses to fix their own merchandise. The service at Westroad's has much to be desired. If I could give them zero stars It would be more fitting to their service. I sure wish I could figure out how to contact GB's corporate office; I would surely love to hear what they have to say....ugh!!!!

I am giving a 1 star rating because I had a very negative experience with this company in April of 2019. Let me first start with explaining that I am a new customer and had never ordered from their store before. I ordered jewelry last week which I received today. Right of the top I noticed that the jewelry looked used. It was a set of expensive earrings from my favorite designer Freida Rothman who makes gold-plated jewelry that has a signature light yellow-gold lustre. I buy a lot of her jewelry and take pride in the workmanship of her pieces. The jewelry I received looked off and honestly I was worried to it's authenticity. The metal was already worn down to silver especially in parts where you affix it to the ears, the earring had a predominantly orange tinge to the gold-plating along with corrosion that was unusual because I had bought the matching necklace off of Saks (which arrived 2 days earlier with tags complete) that had different coloring, the signature yellow-gold lustre. I contacted customer service right away to inform them about the issue and that I was honestly disgusted with the condition of the jewelry. I spoke with someone who told me that he was the Manager, and that that I could not return the jewelry despite the condition it was received in because it was 50% off. He kept repeating this same litany, and also that the item was 'New'. How can he know that? Was it new, but sitting in the store front for 5 yrs and handled carelessly by tons of customers before me, hence the missing tags and corrosion to the gold-plating? I never write reviews, but I am so incensed by their treatment. The manager I spoke to engaged in a screaming match with me. They've taken my money and to hell with customer service. I spent $130 on that item and I have never had a problem when I purchased jewelry from big name outlets. I will also be contacting the designer. read more

Adam assisted me in getting my permanent bracelets reattached after having them removed for medical reasons. I had three bracelets, and two of those previously fit rather tight. Adam was able to assess that when he went to reattach them, that those two bracelets were not fit it to me properly in the first place and were way too small. Adam was so kind and caring and patient with me and workEd to make the existing bracelets fit me better. In the end, we were able to add just a couple of charms, and now those bracelets fit like a dream and look wonderful! Thanks again Adam! I had a wonderful experience ordering online! I was a bit unsure ordering from an out of state company that I hadn't heard of before, but they had some Pandora items that were sold out online and that my local stores didn't have. Shipping was just as fast as from the Pandora website, and when I called their store the customer service person was very friendly and helpful. They only thing I would suggest is that they maybe send items in a box rather than a padded envelope, or in the Pandora boxes within an envelope. Everything arrived safely, but just something to keep in mind. Overall a great experience! read more

This place is bad. Customer service is terrible. The owner, Laurie, was boisterous and out right rude to me and other customers in the store. I heard they hire and fire people all the time so if you are looking for a job, by all means don't go to Elisa Ilana or Pandora at Village Point. You will be very sorry if you do. She needs to sell this business to someone who can give customers a good shopping experience, and not treat them like a piece of furniture. She has no tact whatsoever nor did a few of the girls working there. They were just gossiping amongst themselves instead of helping customers. read more

Although I mistakenly ordered from here thinking it was pandora and hearing that it was ultimately a scam from at least every review I had read I was a bit nervous and I was scared I was either not gonna get my package or get fake pandora merchandise. Adam recently designed a permanent bracelet with my grandchildren's birthstones in it and it turned out fantastic! This last week my daughter had broken her glasses. The optical store suggested she go to a jewelry store to see if they could be fixed. Adam took the time to weld them and was able to get them fixed. My husband and I are repeat shopper at Elisa Ilana. Last time I stopped in I saw a sign that they now offer jewelry repair, so I stopped in to have my husband's necklace repaired. Gentleman was super helpful and I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to fix the necklace on the spot. Previous places I've gone would need to keep the necklace for a couple weeks.
