My living arrangements really weren't the best. So this Flying J is typical in a lot of ways. You have nice enough bathrooms, a lot of different convenience store items and reasonably cheap gas. One bad thing, that I guess is congruent to the Flying J brand, is the ridiculously overpriced food. I... hate the fact that I often times needed (okay fine "needed") to eat the food there. You can argue that Flying J necessarily needs to charge much higher prices because there's not enough traffic and they have to offset some of the inevitable waste, but that's just untrue. This place always has massive demand. There were, more often than not, very long lines that would form. Hey, I'm sure plenty of truckers swear by Flying J and I'm not telling anybody that they're wrong. I'm just saying the price for the food is downright immoral.

It is a 24 hour truck stop where truckers and drivers who have been driving all night, and all day can stop in, freshen up and even sit down for a Massage and one of the massage chairs in the lounge area. Although they do a decent job on the inside the outside near the gas pumps needs a little TLC. Oh yes and FYI they offer $10 off every gallon if you're a pilot rewards member (that's one way to offset the price of gas)! They have a little bit of everything thing here; from coffee and coats to gifts and toys in this one stop station.

I stopped here for the first time in 10+ years. The waitress was so rude and the restaurant that I just got up and left, I walked over to the other part was looking gonna do my laundry, walked around the store and look, and I thought it was a lot lizard approaching me, but it was an employee, between touching my arm and calling me, baby and telling me to let her know if I needed anything. I figured I'd just go on down and get my fuel, not realizing there was food down there. That little girl that's working there has the prettiest smile and even looks like Goldilocks, everything on that bar looks so good. I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I got two plates and it was as good as it looked. I hadn't had food that good since the last holiday with my family, there must be different management for each building because you can tell that front building nobody gives a shit, and the fuel house like it wasn't even a part of that front building. I would definitely stop in there again just to eat in the fuel building, and I love the shop. The truck shop them guys have always been fantastic. Don't waste your time walking that parking lot to that front building, the iron skillet looks like it's halfway shut down. They just need to go ahead and sit at the rest of the way down. It's disgusting in there if you're hungry go in that fuel building that food was really really good.

So good, in fact, when I needed a tow a month later I contacted them directly before going thru AAA. Location detail wasn't optimal for my out of pocket cost and I wound up going back through AAA after they assigned me 'Maurice's Towing' and my request sat in their queue from 6-ish am until about 11:30 (an hour later than arrival window) and was told by AAA they were still trying to "locate service". This was after I set service up online through AAA app at 8:30pm the night before AND called back to specifically request Precision Towing . I then spoke again to Dylan at Precision (the owner) who explained they could complete the job, however there would be a delay (not their fault because AAA didn't assign the request to them the night before when I set up the service call when I asked for them specifically). Bradley, the tow operator, arrived after himself having a very long day and got me connected and towed to the location without further delay and was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. It was a long day but I was able to end it on a great note with no issues at all from Precision Towing. If you are a AAA member, consider requesting this business and if you're not, especially consider them for your towing or other needs. My thanks to Dylan, Bradley and David for their hard work!

I called them at 1539. I was told the drivers name, instructed he was returning from a call, to…read moregive him 30 minutes, then he would reach out to me. An hour later, I call back. There's a different driver assigned, and she will have him call me. An hour later..another name provided. Told the wrong address. This driver did reach out, and I texted him my GPS coordinates, which, rerouted him. I got home around 1930. Precision Towing put all kinds of other calls before me. This is how they treated me...like I don't matter at all. No discounts..not even a Veteran discount (Army vet here!). I do not recommend.
