A few times the pump told me I would have to go inside and one time it never printed out, so I had to go in. However, the clerk is always pleasant and most apologetic for the inconvenience. On the plus side, their mini-mart is average and is usually stocked well and notwithstanding that car wash issue, their employees are fairly friendly. Nonetheless, I would recommend going to another Shell station and skipping this one. Your overall experience will likely be better.
