They have even sent a uber/lyft to drive me in to retrieve my finished car. The last thing they did for me was seek out, and install a quality engine replacement, for my 2006 Honda. I brought in my own break pads, rotors and calipers and they just charged me for the labor. However this time they tell me they don't do walk-in parts, very confusing. I did like that attendant was singing Happy Birthday to a customer. I didn't like that in doing so he completely ignored me, kept singing an extended version of happy Birthday and handed me my card without so much as a Thank You. Also, mechanical work was done well and at a fair price. However, the work took nearly 2 weeks, but to be fair, covid could have been a factor. Additionally, replacing the power steering pump apparently required moving underhood wiring, which was left unsecured, with cables and a terminal block flopping around. Finally, several days after work was completed , I found that my horn was missing. I cannot say for sure it was related to the repair work, but it certainly caused me to wonder. Kiddle promised to "take care of anything that they were responsible for" but I chose to move on; I purchased a new horn and cleaned up the electrical mess myself. Overall, a very frustrating experience with an initially impressive, but ultimately disappointing business. I wish Kiddles and their loyal customers the best, regrettably, my experience was not good.
