This is the #shell gas station near the entrance of #wpafbase in #fairborn Ohio. My daughter,…read moreson-in-law and grandchildren live about 2 miles from here. When visiting them on a Friday I need to stop in here to fill up my tank using my points from #t-mobile on the #fuelrewards app since Friday is the expiration date. The station sits on a deep lot just across the railroad tracks from #jubiescreamery a favorite stop for mine. It has a long row of new gas pumps on the clean well maintained lot. These are the pumps with the screens showing video ads and entertainment news. I am not usually there that long to see much of this. I have not had any problems when entering my #fuelrewards account and paying with my credit card. The convenient store is at the back of the lot. It is always well lite with an almost constant flow of customer traffic. I see people coming out with necessities like milk. I have not gone into the store before since it is not usually snack time or I've just eaten or I'm on my way to #jubiescreamery!! This gas station is located literally right around the bend from the Air Force base in Dayton Ohio…read more I drove up from Cincinnati to spend the weekend with my daughter, son-in-law who is in the Air Force and 2 grandchildren on a Friday afternoon. Having forgotten to get my car filled with gas before leaving I stopped here early on the evening to take advantage of my T-Mobile Fuel Rewards discount before it expired that night. This is a smaller gas station. It doesn't actually have a Shell sign on it but the gas pumps indicate that it sells Shell gasoline. The pumps prompt you by asking if you want to use a reward discount towards the purchase by either Kroger or Fuel Rewards. These are older pumps and I briefly had a little bit of trouble accessing my account for the discount. I got it right on the third try but this only added about a minute to my time. I had no other issues filling my car with gas and was soon on my way. There is a small convenience store here. As I didn't need anything at the time I didn't go into it. The lot is appropriately maintained.The price of gas was basically what it would have cost in Cincinnati. I will return here again the next time I forget to fill my tank. Pull up, guy coming right towards the window, I think he's coming to me, but he turned off into a room on the right. So, I go to the second window, a girl is standing there, she looked at me then walked off. Then a girl comes to the window, I tell her I was there to pick up my order, she yells " the next time go to the first window" as I was getting out that no one came to the first window, she slams the window closed. She comes to the window with my order, I then tell her I was at the first window, and I didn't appreciate her yelling at me, she cuts me off again and tells me to have a nice day and closes the window on me again. I call the manager, tell him what happened, he apologized but I was still heated. Get back to work; MY ORDER IS TOTALLY WRONG!!!! I had to go back. I appreciate Abe refunding me my money, and offering me a gift card, but I told him I will not be back.

The lady that was working said they don't make coffee at night which is a lie because I've been to this place plenty of times at the same time and was able to get coffee. She then proceeded to give me dirty the whole duration of my shopping experience making it super uncomfortable. She also told me to go to speedway if I wanted coffee. Like come on? It takes 35 second to put some grounds in the little paper things and press start. Very disappointed in this establishment. Please train these employees before they run off all of your loyal customers.
