Since my 5 star rating was posted to hey have (1) raised rates, and then (2) have become so busy theywere blocking traffic for people trying to get local eateries. I went today Thursday at approximately 10:00am and spent over 15 minutes in line. The value now just isn't there anymore. read more

This place is always great! We have a monthly member ship, so the sticker in our window allows us to breeze through. There are two lanes when you enter to pay before it merges to one. They've recently updated things so that the right side is specifically for memberships/pre-paid. That makes things move even faster! If you've got kids, they frequently offer lollipops. My oldest is only three and I always say no thank you. But I think it's sweet that they offer as I think it does make them extra family friendly. In the summer time, I love taking advantage of their vacuums. My car certainly appreciates this, as well! lol read more

first time I use flying aces service my 21 GMC was damaged they refused to fix it!, I know for sure it was damage in their cycle. They stated they brushes do not damage vehicles that is crap.!!!! please if you have a newer model vehicle, do not continue to take your car/truck ther, if you have a bucket keep doing what you do! read more

These folks severely scratched my daughter's car and refused to fix it. They said that since no one else complained that day, it wasn't caused by their equipment. IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CAR, DO NOT WASH IT HERE!! Keep hearing from more and more people who have had the same or similar experiences. Vehicle gets damaged, but management refuses to acknowledge that their equipment caused the damage. I definitely advise everyone to avoid Flying Ace Car Wash. Go to a car wash that is brushless. Or at least one that is more reputable. read more

I am very disappointed in the price increase it is bad enough that during the summer months I did use it more than 2 times per month, however in the winter I rarely use it at all (last used 11/2022, currently 1/2023), now there is a price increase of $36 during a time that I rarely use a carwash, that is good reason for me to cancel, and find another car wash that offer the same pricing that flying aces used to offer, another reason that I am not happy with the carwash is the long lines, and how that determines how well your carwash will end of being...meaning, long lines usually end up being a horrible carwash. I will probably never return as I am in the process of finding a new carwash, I will probably revert to a actual hand wash. read more

My car door was damaged when an employee fell off a ladder and landed on my driver's side rear door. When it happened, I was more concerned for their employee than my car, and so I didn't see the damage to the door until I was at home that evening. I filed an incident report with them which escalated to corporate, but they are saying since I left they the facility, they are not going to fix the door. They are wrong for not fixing my door, so I am leaving this one star review. I am right, they are wrong, period! read more

This car wash is where my family goes to when their cars need a wash. We have a memberships on both cars and it's much easier to just run through the wash, instead of paying each and every time we go to a car wash. It's very convenient. The only complaint we have is that sometimes the line is super long and we have to back out and go another day. Or try again later. Other than that, it's a great place! read more

Very disappointed in my most recent trip to this car wash . I had a monthly unlimited car wash when this place opened a few years back. I stopped because the employees at the time were very rude . Also the wash (brushes ) inside the car wash would sometimes rip my rubber seals around my windows and roof of my car off . Several times while vacuuming my car I had noticed other people that had damage to there cars and filling out the claim sheet they give you . So once again I was hoping this place had fixed the problem or adjusted there brushes so they stopped damaging cars . Once again I was disappointed . I feel like the owners or managers of this place don't care about fixing the problem with there car wash . So if you value your car and don't want items to be ripped off go somewhere else to have your car washed . read more

Very disappointing. I travel for a living, I use car washes all over. I have never had an issue like this. I purchased the best wash they offer. Upon exiting the wash, I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed the back window was completely covered in suds. There "solution" was to run my car through again with a lower end wash. While this did remove much of the foamy suds, my rear deck was still covered and not clean. I wont be coming back. read more

I would give it a zero if I could. Beware people. No wonder they have to giveaway free vacuums. I was behind this very muddy truck when I went in. I could still see the mud on the bushes. I came out and my car hood looked terrible. I can see scuff marks all over my hood after I wiped it down. What was I expecting for $5. They ruined my car. read more
