Who reviews a gas station? This guy hahahaha! This place is close to where I work, and its probably one of the better prices in the area. It is so sad that the price of gas is tied to whomever is in office, and now adays every .10 cents really helps out. I have never used their service station so I cannot attest to that. If I use my cashback app GetUpside, I use CC, and its 1-2-3, otherwise I go inside and pay with cash. Staff inside is there... The people behind the counter, not the friendliest people out there lol. I have never bought anything inside the shop either. I just pay, get gas, get change and go. The place can get crowded with cars at times. IF you see that it is busy, now is not the time to wash your car windows... Get gas and go. As long as it isn't crowded, place is pretty fast. All in all a nice gas station, wish it was bigger. Very high prices. Unreasonable service. My car was hit, and I took it to this shop. They gave it back to me without even aligning my wheel which meant they gave me a car that was undrivable wobbling down the road. I took it to another shop and they told me that the mechanics just decided not to align my wheel, which took five minutes before giving it back to me when I went back to this shop to complain they told me it's gonna be another 1200 and I seen him smirked as I walked in because he could tell he was ripping me off as I need to drive this get back-and-forth from The only reason I'm not suing is because I feel like the legal fees would more than the original quote I initially paid read more

The gas is fine , I get my gas here as I live close. The people who work in the front with gas and convience store are very,very nice. Now, The guy that is behind the counter by the Auto Repair , Manager of the Auto Repair shop is a whole other story. I don't think he knows how to talk to the public, the customers who pay the bills. It's a shame , Pretty unfriendly and does not want to try and help you in any way...like he's doing you a favor to come to his place and fix your car. He's pretty high price as alot of places theses days . If your paying alot , the least they should do is be nice, friendly and give good customer service. They don't seem to go out of their way to help you . Everything is a problem for them , they strictly go by the computer on everything. The price here is best in the area , it does not have 2 prices you find in other gas stations nearby where one is for credit and other for cash. This is the only gas station I go to, the lines are usually short and the set up of the gas station is very easy to understand. I like that the price of gas, whether you use cash or credit is the same, as it should be. Makes you wonder, what kind of shady business are the other gas stations operating? The price is usually the cheapest around compared to other gas stations, and I have never had an issue at this gas station. The only suggestion that I have is that it should have those windshield cleaner wipers... They either have it sometimes or it's all beat up and the water is black and dirty. I also suggest getting the BP rewards card which would help you save 5-10 cents per gallon, and signing up is free of charge! The BP rewards cards are right by each gas booth for easy access to a free card. This BP participates in the BP rewards, so just imagine, 20 gallons, 10 cents saved, that's 2 bucks back into you pocket! Go buy yourself 2 items at 99 cents store!! read more

This is one of my preferred gas stations for several reasons. Cash/credit is the same price while still remaining consistently competitively priced, BP loyalty rewards accepted here, short lines and renovations last year makes this one of the brightest stations at night. What else is there to a gas station? Well, I used to promote stations that offer free air, a scarcity these days, and other services like the oil change I recently had done here. If you don't own an expensive German car like my pauper ass, then basic gas station oil changes will do, especially if they advertise them for $19.99 like this BP. This is of course a price trap to get you in the door with full intent to leave you lubed up even at a mark up. I've fell for this trick more than I'd like to admit. I was quoted $40 for a regular 10W-30 in my Hyundai..... a few minutes of math and I realized that was DOUBLE the advertised cost!! Alternatively I was offered a synthetic blend for $30. Better oil for less. Yes, sure; let's go with that. If the brand of oil matters to you or your whip, seek your service elsewhere. Otherwise, it's a gas party here 7 days a week. read more

STAY AWAY UNLESS For gas pump. I have been driving for over 12 years and have met my fair share of scammers from auto shops. Before I go into any detail, I'd like to point out I payed a visit to another shop out of town simply Bc I was in the area and needed an inspection done. Unfortunately, at the first station, my driver side wheel was a bit worn to pass inspection which required me to buy and change it. So I did at a tire shop a town over. Now here is where BP on 73 and parsons comes in. Clearly they were not aware that I already came from a different shop but I decided to give them a chance since they were my local mechanic shop..... BIG Mistake. There is a bald middle age gentlemen in the back standing right over an inspection sign that reads " you pay whether pass or fail". That should have been my first sign to get out of there. I was confident I would pass the inspection since another shop already analyzed the car but after an hour of waiting, that just wasn't the case. I noticed the mechanic and thebald gentlemen speaking with each other privately for a few min before they made their way to me with a LIST of things that need to be done. Apparently all my filters were to dirty, both my rear tires are worn,the lights of my license plates were burned out, and recommended brake change. At the moment I was surprised and let them know I need some time to think about it. I Called a buddy of mine and explained the situation while I debated whether all this service was really necessary. After 20 min of sitting there finally the bald guy come to me and say "you only need the bulbs to pass inspection" ..... (gee thanks for mentioning that now buddy). I just wanted to get out of there immediately so I bought the light bulbs and passed inspection. I just want you guys to notice all the strategies used by this station to get money out of their costumers. They waste your time, pass you around from one mechanic to another lacking communication, they choose to omit certain information that has a huge impact on decision making and the policy of " you pay whether you pass or fail" is just all a trap against the costumer. Please save yourself the time and hassle. DO not, I REPEAT, DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE AT THIS GAS STATION. read more

Nowadays you pay an arm and a leg for gas. However, this is my to-go-to gas station!!!! I live in the area, and I can't stand when gas stations try to rip your money off by charging a higher price if you pay by credit card. This place is the same price for cash and credit. They prices are usually cheaper than the ones on Horace Harding. On the bonus side, my credit card gives me 3% back on gas, therefore I really get the bang for my bucks. No hassle filling up! Beware! I went in for a simple oil change at there service station on my way back home from work because they are close to my house. I got the oil changed left and drove two blocks to my house. The next day I start my vehicle and it is shaking more than usual. Sure enough check engine light turns on. I immediately go back to the service station and speak to the manager. I explain that my check engine light went on after the oil change and that I didn't have that before I got it serviced. He responds by telling me the oil change has nothing to do with that and it will be $60.00 to do diagnostics on the car. I tell him if he can at least check to see if everything was put back correctly on my car. He says they only drain the oil. I don't know if these guys put the wrong oil or damaged my vehicle as a method to get more business. These guys are crooks! This gas station is no doubt the cheapest in the area. But this review is not on the gas station, but it's on the service department. I went in today trying to have my flat tire fixed. Upon arrival, I asked how much it is to fix a flat and the guy said 15 which is normal but there are definitely other places that would offer 10 dollars only. Then I told the guy to look at the tire where the metal in the tire was, so the guy took my tire to test it out to see whether or not the tire is fixable. Right away he said the tire can't be fixed so he recommended me to replace my tire. So I originally wanted to replace it with a new tire here. But then at the end he called to confirm whether they could get the same tire of a 2014 RAV4 limited for me. First he said there was a same tire the he changed it to the tire is similar but he price would still remain the same, which then I felt iffy about it. So I left the place with an impression that they didn't know too much about tire services even though my tire was stabbed on the inner end of my tire. Another impression I got was that they were trying to rip me off. Although the guys were very friendly, they still lack of knowledge in tire services. So I went to whitney's tire service in cypress hill where they could fix my tire with a metal stabbed on my inner part of the tire within 15 minutes. BE WARNED from the oil changes. I got an oil change $19.99 first like usual for the first time with this place. After about 1000 miles I notice my car engine making noise like when a car's engine oil level is low. I stop driving to check the engine oil level and the dip stick shows low level. I had to put a little more than a quart to top the level off. I'm surprised because there is no leak, my car is 09 Altima with about 108k miles only and i keep her well maintained and she's been a beauty ever since I bought her(lease buy out). so I decided at the next oil change I'll try this bp gstation car repair shop again but this time I'm going to observe the entire oil change my self. so it's time for the next oil change and i again go to this car shop. This time the employee asks me would you like the $19.99 oil change or the $29.99? I questiond him what's the difference? He answered$19.99 for this regular oil change while holding up a garbage nonbrand motor oil. $29.99 for this oil, holding up casterol oil (regular). My car takes 5 quarts. I decided to go with the casterol oil. I'm observing the tech empty the old oil. After he's done he lowers the car opens the engine oil cap and starts to empty casterol oil. 1st bottle pours it in n emptys it, throws the empty bottle out, 2 bottle same thing. At this point the cashier comes to the repair area and signals me and says at loud come you can pay now. I wondered whats he rushing me for the store has no other customer so I ignore him and continue to watch the mechanic change oil and he is on the 3rd bottle and same emptys it throws it out and he repeats it with the 4th bottle. But after the 4th bottle he closes the engine oil cap. I immediately tell him my car takes 5 quarts not 4. He replies OK if it takes 5 I'll put 5. Starts my car and rev's it turns it off and checks the oil about 4 times. He thinks I'm stupid and tries to make it look official. Goes back in the storage room and gets 1 more bottle and pours less than half and closes the bottle cap shuts the hood and says the car takes 4 1/2. WTF?!? He didn't bother to check again. For 4 years I've been changing my 09 Altima oil and every time they put 5 quarts. It is specified in the car manual. I used to go to Mobil for oil changes and they never started the car then freaking revd it and turned it off after pouring only 4 quarts to check where the level is. Just freaking poured 5 quarts. I argued with the guy and he refused to put rest of the 5th bottle. What the heck. I got pissed off. Never going back to this place. I had to top it off with my own engine oil. Sry bit long but I had to share the full experience. BAD/ RIP OFFS. Stay away. They short change the car on engine oil and that was with me watching! Who knows what they do with your car when you are not watching. This shop can't be trusted! read more
