If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was disposing of small trash before pumping gas just like water bottles and receipts out of my car and the owner came out and yelled at me. Not even asked me what I was doing but yelled at me for throwing away trash. What's the point of the trash cans for the public if they're not allowed to use them. Terrible they short changed me. Before I left the store I told them this was not my right change so I did my calculations and I was right. Normally I don't ask for receipts but something told me to ask. I stepped out to check my car came back and they said I stepped out and had the money in my car. RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!! My car was stuck in this part of Queens, so I took it to the service station mobile Hillside and Queens Boulevard. I had the battery replaced for a total cost of $304. The battery died a few weeks later. It is supposed to have a 2-year warranty, but I am out of state. Therefore, no remedy unless I drive a dead car to their station for another lemon of a battery. read more

The guy is like OK leave it come back we're gonna give you a call. Let you know what's going on with your car so he calls me back tell me as coils give me a price pick my car up, then hour latercall me back and say I need to take it to the dealer. He mentions that he checks it on YouTube it's electrical issue you're going to charge me for a diagnostic problem that you didn't understand what the problem was from the beginning so now I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor manager. Got an oil change last week because I was in NY and the light came on. Drove up and they took me right away since I told them I was in a rush. I asked about the different oils and they got me the right one, without upselling me on the higher priced oils. They checked my transmission fluid and brakes for free. They put it in, didn't charge me for the extra time. No pressure on the brakes, just told me to keep an eye on it. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Queens. read more

Used to have my oil changed regularly here. Won't ever go again. They did not replace the bottom cover under the engine properly and it came off while I was driving. They blamed me for it falling off. Had my oil changed on friday and it fell of sunday. Weird that when i get my oil changed and they removed and theb replaced my cover it would come off 2 days later... read more

This place is a rip out. I came here for a inspection and they tried to rob me blind. A $37 fee and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollar. The guy and all racist. The "new tires that they want to sell me was worn. They didn't change my oil filter after giving me regular oil when I asked for synthetic. And to top it all off. Dishonest business, came there for a state inspection. While my car was on the lift the mechanic called my attention to a bulge on my tire. I asked him if I had to change that tire and how much will that be. His answer was that he's the mechanic and can't give prices. A few minutes later I was told my car is ready and I should go pay at the cashier. I did so, and when I got in the car and started to drive I noticed the inspection sticker was still the old one. I went back inside and the manager affirmed that my car did not pass the inspection due to a faulty tire. When I asked him why no one told me when my car was on the lift and the tires were off of the car that I will fail the inspection If I will not change the damaged tire, he just said that he's not supposed to tell me and that I will have to pay to get another inspection. I continued to inquire for the price of another tire and after some discussion with the manager I then had a new tire installed. With this new tire my car passed the inspection and the new sticker was placed on my windshield. That was an avoidable waste of time if this repair station's policy was to work with and for their customers and let them know that there is an issue with their vehicle that can be taken care of. At the end of the day, just because the manager tried to get the $10 re-inspection fee he lost a customer. read more

Always came here regularly for oil changes for my 2 cars. My name Andrew I have the Hyundai Azera and Kia Rondo. Well today after getting my $43.50 oil change by a worker named George I noticed my low tire pressure lights were still on like when I brought it in (because of the cold weather). I went back in and said to George that they usually fill the tires if their low. Mind you this is after I tipped him like I always do, he lies right to my face and tell me you need to drive a little before the tire pressure light turns off. I know this is not true it's a new car and the light adjusts immediately as you fill the tire but he chose to lie. I drove a few miles home and check the tire pressure and the tires are between 20-25 psi. I went back and explained to him he's a lair and I will never bring my cars there again. I could have respected him if he said "oh I forgot" or "oh I'm lazy and I hate working" but I can not respect a lair or a business that hires and keeps lairs on the payroll. It's bad enough the weather is freezing but he wants to put my family in danger by being to lazy of a mechanic to take 1 minutes and add 10 psi of air to 3 tires. read more
