The people at the counter making food and checkouts are both kind and helpful. I always have to modify my sandwich after I order because the computer system doesn't let me change something and the deli people here are so nice. I've been twice and the same modification and both times, they've been so kind and didn't treat me as an inconvenience. I wish I had their names, but 7/9/25 around 4pm, the people were amazing! I was here the other day and I was having trouble getting my phone to scan at checkout for my rewards and an "off the clock" worker came over to help me! And today... we had a question for the cashier because we accidentally rung up something incorrectly and he was so helpful to remove the item and explain what we needed to know.
