The people at the counter making food and checkouts are both kind and helpful. I always have to modify my sandwich after I order because the computer system doesn't let me change something and the deli people here are so nice. I've been twice and the same modification and both times, they've been so kind and didn't treat me as an inconvenience. I wish I had their names, but 7/9/25 around 4pm, the people were amazing! I was here the other day and I was having trouble getting my phone to scan at checkout for my rewards and an "off the clock" worker came over to help me! And today... we had a question for the cashier because we accidentally rung up something incorrectly and he was so helpful to remove the item and explain what we needed to know. We sound like a lot... lol... but people were just so great. Excellent service, Sheetz!

I left my apartment around 11:30 am the next morning and my car began to shake and it broke down less than a mile from my apartment. I have to have it towed to a shop where it passes every diagnostic check. My car is fairly new with low miles so this didn't make sense. Then the mechanic realizes I have a full tank and decides to check the gasoline content. After testing it the amount of water in the gasoline was high. My tank had to be drained and it turned out that out of a FULL tank only about TWO gallons of that was actually gasoline. The rest was WATER! The gasoline I got at Murphy's was 100% the cause of the problem. I called Murphy's and the women on the phone claimed agriculture checked the gasoline last week and it was fine so it wasn't possible, but that's not right! The proof was in the gasoline itself! This whole ordeal cost me $540 between the actual gasoline itself, my rental, the tow truck, and the cost to drain the tank. This is absolute trash and I hope with this review people take the warning seriously. I would love for them to pay for the cost but they will not accept responsibility. I paid in cash and unfortunately don't have a receipt but if they pull the cameras they can clearly see me. I will never get gas at any Murphy's location again and I recommend to NOT get gas from Murphy's on hope mills road!!!!!!
