I wasn't in a hurry and I wanted to see some things I hadn't seen before. In order to do that, I needed to fill up my gas tank. Enter GetGo. I haven't been to this area in a while and had no clue that a GetGo had opened. I tend to lean towards their gas more and more when in the area. Pulling in this is a fairly large lot which accommodates many vehicles. Lots of pumps so getting gas is not a problem. After fueling up my car I made my way inside. I wanted to grab a few things before I hit the road the rest of the way. I was happy to see that they offer greeting cards since I was in need of one, cut out another stop along my way. I picked one out, got myself a gift card from their small selection that covers many different items, got a drink and made my way to the register. This location, much like the newer ones, now has a self checkout register. That does make a faster experience, but I did not go this route. The employee I interacted with was very polite. Made things go a lot smoother for me. I actually liked this location as it helped me avoid another stop on the way home.

I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work and the care they took in servicing my car. In the intervening years, I have purchased both new and used import cars and have taken every one (including several Corvettes) to Import Auto. By the way, Import has also serviced and inspected my various motorcycles. Customer Service has always been top notch. Mike, the owner, Jill, Nate and the other two Mikes (yes, there are three Mikes) have been friendly on every visit so I'm not sure why anyone would have a negative opinion of Import Auto or its staff. Surprisingly this Sam's location is quite possibly the best one in the Pittsburgh area. When I say that, what I mean is that each time I have visited this location they have everything in stock when compared to other locations. Each visit I have been able to find the staples (or maybe they are the new staples) like toilet paper, facial tissues, water. Yes, it is located near the dreaded blackhole that is known as Pittsburgh Mills, but don't let that stop you from visiting. All of the businesses outside are thriving as compared to the mall. Sam's is kind of tucked back from other businesses, basically it sits next to Walmart at the end of the road. Parking lot feels a bit smaller than others, but it seems to work seeing how quickly people are in and out of here so quickly. Staff were pleasant and helpful when dealt with. The whole store was clean and stocked.

The other two had vehicles at the garage doors waiting. I pulled behind the car at the 1st stall and after waiting 15 minutes an attendant walks up signals to wind my window down and proceeds to say" hey pal you know you cut in front of that other guy" for starters who's "pal" secondly what other guy? There was a white truck with no one in it pulled off to the right not in the automatic lanes? I proceeded to say didn't look like that truck was in line, hence I pulled into the 1st bay. There's no signs, no lines on the ground to denote where to wait. As he walked away without answering me shaking his head I simply pulled away and went down the road to the next car wash. Didn't have to wait, and got my truck washed in 7 mins happy as can be! It's so sad that people can't choose to communicate with kindness, instead choose ignorance and to belittle these days. I wouldn't recommend supporting this rude business.

The self service bays are great as well! Always high pressure, doesn't take long to switch solutions (a problem most self service bays have and you end up wasting time). They have 2 high pressure bays in the back past the automatic bays and they're my go to for when I need to really shine up my car!
