I immediately took it to my mechanic who informed me that both back calibers were shattered leaking all of my break fluid out, the front had new break pads placed on rotors that looked as though they were sitting in the river for a year. The battery issue is the hybrid battery which costs about $3,000 to repair. I called to see what they were willing to do to help me out and Jess was utterly ignorant. I'm not sure if he has a problem with women or he just doesn't know how to speak to people especially customers with respect. I in no way shape or form was rude to him, disappointed yes rude or demanding NO but I was met with total disrespect. Keep this in mind when shopping here, I wish someone would have warned me! He simply sent another supplement into my insurance to triple his original quote. I waited two full weeks for him to repair about a dozen tiny hail dents on my hood and roof.
