So my tire light came on again after literally just having another shop plug or fix my tire two weeks ago if that. I pulled into this shop and they checked my car and told me I would need two new tires. So I took an uber to work and they had my car ready for me by my 12 pm lunch break. I felt like the guys at the shop were very honest with me instead of trying to snow me because I'm a female, I seem to feel like I get lucky when it comes to that. They were concerned about my safety and told me to make sure the uber driver was really my uber driver and not a stranger. Maybe I just have that sucker me look that could be it lol. Overall I had a positive experience with this shop and even though I loved Hewlett House of tires my tires here were half the price and I appreciated that.

To start off, I met a caring, friendly man named, Bruce. Because of my business as a video professional, I meet many people and know them instantly. Bruce, seemed like a knowledgable "old school" service engineer right from the beginning. I have brought my car to two other places for the same repair only to spend unnecessary money and still my problem was not fixed. But, today I left my car with Bruce and he not only found the problem almost immediately, but the repair was flawless. I want to say thank you :) You have me as a customer for years to come!!! Bring your car to this man, he will service your car with a smile and let you leave with that same smile on your face.

I work from home and am usually here at all times, so I lock my gates to my yard. One day in January when I was not home, they came out to fill my tank and could not because the gate was locked. They had called me one time to reschedule and I told them we could skip that month. Well, now its April and I am out of oil. I called to see why they hadn't come and they told me they cancelled my contract in January! I asked why and they said they could not get in and could not get ahold of me so they cancelled it! Of course, they kept my entire years worth of the contract charge and will not give a refund, nor did they contact me by phone, mail or email to let me know. I made sure they had the correct number for me, and because my number is a cell-phone, I was able to track all the incoming calls and I did not see 1 additional call from them other than the one they made in Jan. I told the VERY rude manager this and that they had no right to cancel my contract. At this time, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that I must have gotten my tank filled up by somebody else. I was irate. I tried to calm down and just get the problem fixed and fuel added but he told me I would be liable for any service charges related to the fuel being out. I told him to just come out and fix it, and that we would deal with the charges later, then he told me that we have no business together and I should find another company. then he hung up on me. I am going to take them to small claims court (it's much easier than you think) and I hope this review discourages others from doing business with this shady company.

Count on Fuel has been amazing since we moved out here. The customer service has been great, and their prices are very competitive as they have the lowest rate per gallon that I have seen. I don't understand the negative review left before, but that has not been our experience with this company at all!

They then told me I needed $500 work done on my back brakes, which sounded crazy and sketchy. So I took my car to Friendly's instead for the service, and they told me it would probably cost much less. They called only a few hours later and told me my brakes were fine and that I was being mislead by my dealer. Friendly's could've easily kept the brake story going and made like $200-$300 off of me. But they were honest and didn't even charge to LOOK at the car. I wouldn't trust any other service shop with any of my cars.
