This is one of the worst gas stations I know but today I was a little on the desperate side. My gas light wasn't on but I needed to be on a meeting in 20 mins and this was in route, so that I didn't have to stop later. This station is very secluded/sketchy. Out of the 8 pumps, 3 were inoperable. Their practices here are very shady in gas prices. I've been there where I literally see the prices changing on the electronic board. Like really? The attendant is super dee duper(in my grandson's voice) rude. If you go inside, there's a sign at the window that you can't pay with cash app. They are afraid someone will beat them... get a load of that! If you ever need to stop there, always scan the lot and keep your eyes open. No menu food items are sold here, just snacks. read more

Stopped by one day heading to work. Like any normal day I get out pump gas and when I look at the screen the price is going up fast. It jumped from$50 to $50 to $80 to $100 for a 16 gallon tank. I look at the price per game and I was charged $9 a gallon even though the monarch sign state $2.59. I went inside and of course the attendant couldn't help. He indicated the owner was not there and I would need to call after 11a. I head to work and anxiously await 11a. Call and the owner says he cannot do anything over the phone but to stop by after work and he will refund the over payment. I arrive after work. The owner was not there. The attendant wants to the receipt and see my ID then proceeds to make a copy of it without notifying me or gaining my permission. He then processes a "payout" through the lottery machine. I ask for my receipt and the attendant refuses. He says he needs it and I indicate I also need it for my records. He insisted I cannot have it and then says I could come back later and try to get another refund. I insist I am not leaving until I have a receipt since my account is still only reflecting a $1 hold and not the actual charge. There is now a line and the attendant is causing a scene. I explain he can make a copy and that will suffice so I also have a record of the transaction he obliged and I was on my way. this is the worse station primarily because of one of attendants. He's so rude. The others are tolerable and I don't know his name but chances are when you visit there and he's there, you'll know him. He grunts at you; no "thank you's"; nothing. He even suggested that I didn't make a purchase because he wasn't there when I made a purchase that I was trying to exchange. There are other issues with this station for some reason: pumps don't work, loyalty option doesn't work, etc. Just Awful. read more

Visited this station after my son's dental appointment to pump gas. I noticed they had a car wash and paid for the $11 service along with my gas. The pump did not print out a receipt (so no car wash code to wash my car.) I drove around to speak to the attendant (older unsmiling African man in a knit cap) in the kiosk. He asked me which pump--I told him it was one of the pumps ahead but could not remember the specific one. He asked me which card I used to pay for it--I showed him the card and told him my gas cost forty-something dollars. He printed a couple receipts and said they did not show the transaction and questioned if I had really pumped the gas. He was shouting at me in front of other customers--even though this situation would have been prevented by him refilling the receipt paper at the pump. I told him I was going to call my credit card company. As I was doing so he threatened to call the Prince George's County police--I told him to go for it. When the police officer arrived I explained the situation--when the attendant saw this he beckoned to the officer to come into the attendant's cubicle (I guess so he could explain his side of the story without me hearing.) The police officer came out of the cubicle and (now joined by a second police officer) said ma'am I am going to take care of you--whipped out his credit card and told the attendant to charge an $11 car wash service to his card. The police officer gave me the receipt and told me to have an awesome day. I told him that's why my son loves police officers--they ROCK! I drove around to do the drive through car wash and both me and my son was tickled pink to hear the distinctive voice of the outgoing principal of Vansville Elementary School reading out the car wash selections after we entered our car washcode! read more

This gas station have a convenient store, car wash, tire air pump away from lots of pump station and huge lot. Gas prices are close to Sam's Club (few pennies high). I never have issues with the clerks inside coz I don't expect great customer service from any gas station ? Really ?. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I rarely ever review gas stations, but customer service here was just horrible. Most gas stations always offer a discount on gas when you get a car wash, so I bought one and it's good for 14 days. The same day I bought gas and a $13 car wash, the car wash broke down as I was next in line. I've already entered in my code since I was next. My husband got out of the car to report that the car wash broke down since the guy in the car wash couldn't exactly get out since it was still spitting out water. When my husband came back the guy in the car was able to get out and we told him we told the gas station already but he should go in there anyway -- ya know, to confirm. We waited like 10 minutes for the guy working to help us all out. Guess he was the only one working. We couldn't just back out since there was a long line for the car wash and we wanted to make sure our code was still legit. Eventually, the guy couldn't fix it. So when the car in the car wash pulled out we went through and parked to talk to the gas attendant. The guy in front of us wanted a refund since he didn't live nearby (not sure what happened after) and my husband asked if the code was going to be ok -- guy attendant said "yes". At that point, we just wanted to leave. We go back on the 14th day my code was to expire because we hadn't had the chance to get back. Pulled up to the empty car wash and code was INVALID. Did it again. Still INVALID. Went to talk to the attendant/cashier (again the only one working) and he said try it again. STILL INVALID. So my husband went in and said it wasn't working. I was in the car waiting for no joke, 45 minutes as my husband was patiently trying to get either a refund or a new car wash code. The attendant apparently had to call some other guy (maybe the owner) told him the issue and my husband was on the phone too. Back and forth of the story...the man on the phone was like "oh so you were given 14 days to return when it broke down" and my husband was like "NO, you are ALWAYS given 14 days for a car wash-- it's on the receipt". The attendant kept telling my husband to hold on since he had to help the other customers in line...mind you several of them kept coming in and out because he was messing up their gas transactions. My husband got fed up after the next times he said to wait and told the guy "I've been waiting patiently and I'm a customer too. When is it my turn???!" At one point my husband wanted to take it as a lost -- told him that I wanted a refund. After 45 minutes, we finally received a new car wash for $11. I was like but it was $13...husband said, yea I know and I told him it was for $13 and the guy aggressively handed him the $2 cash. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to resolve that issue.
