Not only is this business practice illegal in Massachusetts (not accepting cash as payment) but it says a lot about the character of the people that work there who refused to help a motorist in distress (me) and would rather see me break down on the side of the road than accept a simple cash payment for a small amount of gas. Perhaps this helps their towing business, idk?
