I've never ordered anything from the cafe. Patrons have told me it's good and affordable. The store is well organized, extremely clean, and offers several fresh grab and go items. They also offer wine and beer options. The drink cooler is large with a terrific variety of drinks. Fresh cut fruit is available with many healthy options you don't have to wait for. Many folks are ordering sandwiches, breakfast items, and a variety of other options available. Indoor seating is available to enjoy your purchases. The patio area has tables with umbrellas. But as I drove by on Hwy 67 today, I noticed their price sign and pulled in immediately as they were at least 15 cents cheaper than anyone else in the Mooresville area. I agree with Ken in that I like how this facility is separated from the store by the access road. It makes for easy access to and from the pumps. Additionally, there is a traffic light to exit the Meijer complex instead of a four way stop like down by Walmart which can be a bit more hazardous when traffic is heavy. The video monitor on the pumps say they have updated their card readers to accommodate cards with chips now. Pumping seemed easier than most fuel stations. And I got a paper receipt which is not always the case these days. Don't you just hate it when you press OK for a receipt and it says, "See Cashier?"

I rarely go inside to buy anything since I usually go to Meijer first to pick up what I need, and then come here for a quick fuel up. I like that it is separated from the store parking lot by a road which allows less confusion at the multiple bays for pull ins. Also, because of the location, almost everyone pulls in from the same direction with the simple choice of fueling on the left or right. I often choose the end pump to avoid other vehicles pulling up or leaving. The only negative is that the press buttons on the pump are so worn that they are less responsive than they used to be. A little maintenance would make the operation of the pump go more smoothly. Otherwise, the prices are competitive and they do carry items for both the vehicles and the passengers. There are multiple pumps and plenty of room so that you don't feel like your are going to wreck pulling in off of a busy US40/Main Street. The pumps are modern/digital and the only thing I noticed was that this style required to hold my debit card longer than a quick swipe. Other than that, the process was quick and I soon had a quick tank. I didn't need to go inside for anything, but I did notice ice, rock salt, and an air pump that took credit cards available. I think they take it very seriously too because just before I left, there were these three buttons to rate how clean it was in there also the woman working the register greeted me everyone that came in and greeted us on our way out. This year's customer service is giving me hope! Well done everyone! And it was so packed at 10pm but all the customers were nice too letting people pass by and being friendly. I had no problem with my Sprinter van and I'm sure folks with larger RV's will also be able to get in and out easily. Inside, the same layout as other Love's with roller hot dogs and such, lots of coffee options, coolers with drinks and some grab-and-go fresh food. Restrooms were reasonably clean - I pressed the "green" button on the way out. Love's also has the long stick squeegees in the pump area which makes it easy to clean the bugs off even the hardest to reach spots on my Sprinter!
